I was not really lucky as a dog owner, once I start the insurance for my puppy. He got a broken leg, and around a year later he's got problem with his penis. I should say thank you for my vet introduced Trupanion for me, both claims were fast and every time I called them they're so helpful. Trupanion hotline was so fast, I can say within 2 mins there will be a rep pick up the line and no matter what time is it.

Embrace has been wonderful! I got the insurance a couple years ago before my cat had any issues. But, she was getting older and I wanted to go ahead and get her covered in case of issues in the future (because I'm crazy about my cat and would do anything or spend anything to take care of her). Just recently I made my first couple of claims because she developed hyper calcimia and we were looking for the cause (turns out it's idiopathic). It has been the easiest most painless process. If only human insurance companies were this easy to deal with!

Charlie Brown had experienced vomiting, dehydration, diarrhea, and loss of weight as a result of his surgery. This was a very stressful time for me and Charlie Brown, but he is feeling much better now and is back to his playful self. Submitting claims for the illness is super easy. Embrace handled my claims so quickly and with such professionalism. Reimbursement is very fast. I am highly impressed with the personal customer service that Embrace provides via email and/or phone call. Embrace representatives are very personable and reaches out to ensure you are satisfied.

Healthy Paws has been there for me to make sure my young loving cat lives a healthy life. I purchased a special Persian cat. He was adorable if I did not have this insurance I would have to make a very sad decision and for a small amount a month for pet insurance my pet lives because of Healthy Paws Insurance. My beautiful healthy lab mix developed terminal cancer at 9. There is no hope for a cure, but Veterinary Chemotherapy has extended her life for 3 1/2 years and counting with a VERY high quality of life. (She keeps up with my 3 yr old border collie!) Trupanion has never hesitated to cover treatment, the claims can come fast and furious, the submission has been simplified to submitting a few words on a claim form and a bill. The past few bills have been high, due to a new chemo, as she slipped out of remission. No hesitation on payment, no questioning the unusually high bills. They are paid quickly which is very important when treatment can be weekly and nearing $1,000 each. We could not dream of paying these bills without Trupanion.
