we are so impressed with Trupanion, and the level of customer service. I was impressed before, but this last experience has just been phenomenal! When you have all 3 of your 4 legged fur babies are requiring emergency care, worrying about the coverage should not have to be at the top of the list. We were shocked when Trupanion phoned and left a message on our phone telling us what they were pre-approving on all 3 of our babies. What a relief, especially when their lives are the most important thing on your minds. We sure were glad that we did not require all of the medical attention that was pre-approved. I have recommended Trupanion for some time now, and will continue to do so. I volunteer with an Animal rescue group, and I highly suggest that people look into your coverage when they are adopting. Hello Tim, Thank you for checking up on my (68 lb) little guy. So far he seems to be a happy health dog but the only thing is, his eating habits are not the same. I think he had food poisoning only because now he seems to not want to eat anything and everything. He is being real picky with food and is just sticking to his kibbles and treats without a problem. I know that's a good thing, at least he's still eating. BTW, I think you guys are wonderful with the way you handled my claim. I was worried that Tank's vet bill would set us back but it didn't because of how easy and fast my claim was handled. That meant the world to me. Thank you so much,

Our 5 year old black lab mix was diagnosed with lymphoma in July of 2015. The treatments for this disease are very expensive and we are so thankful we have insurance coverage with Pets Best. The customer service is very good and our claims are handled quickly.

Anytime I have called everyone has always been so polite and helpful. I am so thankful to them because I am able to keep my pets happy and healthy. If you can't afford the vet, don't get the pet BUT Pet's Best Ins sure makes it easier.

I looked at other companies but liked what I was reading about Trupanion. never in a million years did I ever think I would have to use it, but LAMBCHOP developed cancer and I can't say it enough thanks to Trupanion we can give her the care she needs so she can play and be with us for hopefully another year. When my pups were 2 months old, I made the mistake of giving them fish oil. They were too young for fish oil and ultimately, I had to take them to the ER. After receiving my $1,800 bill for both of them, I was encouraged to get pet insurance. I shopped around and decided on ASPCA. Man, best decision ever! Since that time almost 3 years ago now, I've made numerous claims and have not had ANY issues. One pup has IBD and ASPCA covers his vet visits/follow ups AND covers his medication! They are so helpful and EASY! Whenever any of my 2 beagle boys visit the vet, I pay it up front (using my Care Credit card) and submit an insurance claim form usually by the next day. Within 30 days-ish, I'm reimbursed approximately 80%! ASPCA alleviates a lot of my stress levels when it comes to my pups. I never hesitate taking my boys to the vet. ASPCA has never given me any problems with any of my claims. As a matter of fact, their customer service reps are super friendly, helpful and professional over the telephone. They sound like they really care about my beagles! They even do follow up phone calls on the pups' health! My most recent claim (03/16) was b/c one of my pups tore off his nail while paying outside. We visited the ER immediately after the incident occurred and his regular vet the following day. I already submitted my claim and I'm confident it's only a matter of time until I am reimbursed. I recommend pet insurance to all of my friends and strongly encourage ASPCA. You won't regret it!
