My dog needed exploratory surgery on the weekend-knowing that most of the cost would be covered by her Embrace policy was a great relief. The claim process was reasonable, took a little longer than I expected but eventually was reimbursed as expected. Make sure your vet sends in your pet's medical history up front to shorten claims processing-I found that mine had not and that slowed things down.

A couple of months ago, my 2 year old boxer mix woke up in the middle of the night after wetting the bed (very unlike him) and was obviously not ok. I went to the emergency vet at 3am where they had him admitted for three days for spiked kidney and liver levels. It's only me and my dog and he is my world, and without Embrace, I would not have been able to cover the $2,800 vet bill to save him. I recommend Embrace to every dog owner, because there is nothing better in the world than knowing you don't have to worry about the money, and just care for your baby. We have had Embrace Insurance for three years. For the past two years we have had not issues so we began to question if we really needed it. Let me say, I am happy we kept it. Our dog recently tore her ACL and required surgery. Our vet submitted the bill on our behalf and within 5 days of the event Embrace has paid on the claim. The portal kept us up to date of the review process as well as receiving email updates. Embrace is professional, quick and a pleasure to do business with.

Pet Best has covered my dog's vet bills for 7 years. When she was diagnosed for a life threatening illness her bills were so high that without Pet Best insurance I would have had a hard time paying those bills. However, last year she reached the maximum amount that could be claimed for this illness. She has had smaller medical problems and with the Wellness coverage I am also able to have her yearly shots and tests covered. I am having to drop her coverage now because the amount I pay each month is much more then I will be reimbursed for the coverage she is still covered for. I do recommend this coverage as claims are reviewed and paid quickly.

If it weren't for Healthy Paws, I don't think my best friend would be alive today. Few people would ever consider getting their animals treated for Cancer. The costs are insurmountable! I am fortunate to live in Los Angeles, where State of the Art Veterinary Medical Services are available to animal owners who can afford it. When my 90 lb. Staffordshire Terrier was diagnosed with Prostate Cancer, it was essentially a death sentence and the only question was how long he would have before he died a painful death. My only option was to consider Radiation and Chemotherapy. The costs for this type of treatment ranged from $16K - $20K. I have never even spent that much money on myself for medical treatments!! If it weren't for Healthy Paws, I would have had to say Good bye to my best friend and know that I didn't even try to save him because I couldn't (wouldn't) spend the money to treat him... I am confident that he will beat this thing and I would have never been able to get him this care if I had to pay for it all on my own! Cancer is an awful disease and can attack anyone or anything! I am so grateful that Healthy Paws was there for me throughout the process! I recommend this insurance to EVERYONE as it has helped me know that I've given the best care I could for my 'rescue dog' that nobody wanted... He's gotten more love and care than he could ever imagine!
