I have had the best experience with scanning my claims and sending them via email. True anion has be quick and very accurate with my claims. For instance, I emailed a claim on Tuesday June1 2021 and had my claim settled by Wednesday June 2 2021.

Emily was awesome. She specifically answered my questions re the status of the preapproval application for my cat’s dental surgery. Thanks to her clarity I was able to talk with my vet again, get exactly what was needed, and personally submit the preapproval form and paperwork within an hour. Much relieved!!!
