I have always been impressed with the response from this insurance when I call. It is much better than the response I get from my health insurance. I can tell that the persons I have talked to really care about our pets. Keep up the good work. I do recommend the insurance to my friends and I feel good that we have it for our pets.

This insurance is worth every penny
I am new to pet insurance and boy am I glad we have it. Our dog was diagnosed with thyroid cancer this year. This pet insurance has allowed us to afford the monthly pills along with the blood work and vet visits every 3 months. Worth every penny, I wish I would have done it sooner.

I have had insurance withy ou for years and never really had to use it. Now that Pepe is 11, I have found I have needed to submit claims almost every month. I have always had almost 100% reimbursement for his illnesses, and some fall in Not covered, or a limit of coverage for an ailment. Im happy.

Excellent, Swift and Easy
When our young puppy injured his paw, Nationwide was there to help unexpected vet bills. This was our first time purchasing pet insurance. I highly recommend! While I hope we never have to leverage the insurance coverage again, the peace of mind is well worth the insurance premium!
