We regularly adopt senior rescues and the first thing I do is get insurance for them. Our most recent adoptee, Maggie developed osteosarcoma at age 10 - after only 3 years with us. OSA is a death sentence, but we were able to pull out all the stops on treating Maggie thanks to Healthy Paws. They covered everything, even a new innovative Stereotactic Radiation therapy and her chemo medications. Thanks to her treatments she lived another year with us and it was her best year ever! It's nice to know that your pets are covered by such a great team and that you don't have to make health decision based on money.

I have been in the vet field for a while and with the numerous choices out there for pet insurance, I feel Embrace is in the top 3. They process claims quickly, keep you updated and do what they say. So far, they are great.

The process was very simple to get the insurance policy in place. I'm excited that some wellness visits are covered too-an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. I can track my claims online- another plus! My vet can send in claim forms- no paperwork for me. I love it!! So far a very positive experience. I'm even pleasantly surprised, as dealing with any insurance company can often be a very disappointing experience. Not This time!!!!

My 8 month old Pomeranian recently got sick from something he ate by accident and all 3 of my claims were claims were processed quickly without questions asked, saving me over $1k in vet bills! I recommend this company to all pet owners out there, it is worth every penny!

Healthy Paws Pet Insurance made an incredibly scary and difficult time more manageable by allowing us to focus on what really mattered--getting our puppy better--and not worry about the large vet bill we received. Our 6 month old French Bulldog puppy ingested a foreign object and in the process of trying to throw it back up gave herself aspiration pneumonia. She had to spend the night in the emergency room on oxygen and undergo several xrays. Once her lungs were healed, a different vet had to remove the foreign object. Thankfully the second vet was able to remove the object with a scope, rather than surgery. This being our first dog, we were very scared. Understandably, the bill for the vet work was very large. Thankfully, Healthy Paws was incredibly responsive to our questions and in approving our claim. They covered everything. This peace of mind allowed us to dedicate all our energy towards caring for our little girl rather than on worrying about paying back thousands of dollars in medical bills. The staff at Healthy Paws was very friendly and responsive and they even checked in a few days after to see how our puppy was doing. It does seem that they really care about the animals they cover. Healthy Paws is a great company that supplies an excellent product. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

This company should be outlawed. They try everything not to pay a claim. I have 3 dogs. One is very sick the other two are okay thank goodness. This company continually finds ways not to pay- increased premiums, increased co-pay, and increased deductible. They take forever to pay a claim, if they pay a claim. I've done the math. I would have been much better off to self-insure rather than give my hard earned money to these bloodsuckers. Stay away.

My little rescue dog, Livy, 2 yrs old gave me a big scare. She had been vomiting and not holding her food down for some time. One nite when she vomited, she also looked as though she was going to pass out. Her head dropped down and feet were wobbly and felt very hot. Took her to emergency, took tests and advised to get ultrasound. Ultrasound was given and stomach was inflamed and believed to be gastritis or food allergy. Vet put her on a prescription diet, and gave med for nausea and antibiotic. I filed the claim online, very easy to do, and Pets Best paid claim quickly and made payment direct to my bank account. Pets Best is also the only company I've found that will insure a senior dog. They also are very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly when you have questions. Thank you Pest Best!!

We were recommended ASPCA because our vet, who we trust implicitly, spoke very highly about. Now that our dog Puck tore a cranial ligament and required delicate surgery--plate, screws, etc.--and incurred a substantial debt we realized how spot on our vet was. In short time we got reimbursed the major portion of the bill. Filing a claim was easy, customer service was helpful and the entire process was hassle-free! Thank you, our dogs are our kids and knowing that ASPCA is there for us makes us sleep better at night!

Getting Embrace insurance was the best thing I did for my pets. I bought as an investment for their future as well as just a sense of security for any emergencies. We have used AKC PET insurance since 2010 with our EnglishMastiff. Our Vet said it was good, and that AKC good to deal with from his point of view. We had three claims, all were paid and paid promptly. Yes we have recommended AKC to our friends and family.
