Very thoughtful gesture!
I’ve only just joined Trupanion after significant research online. The communication and welcome information was unexpected and appreciated but the best surprise was the little name tag that arrived in the mail with his name and contact! Such a thoughtful gesture! Sir Remington Neal is in great hands!

Having pet insurance has given us peace of mind
Having pet insurance has given us great peace of mind. Our pup was hit by a car when she was a year and we didn't have insurance at that time. We were horrified that we may lose her and on top of that had to scramble to come up with the money to cover a very expensive vet bill. We have only had to use our insurance once since we got it but the peace of mind we gain by know that we can give her whatever treatment she needs when she needs it is worth every penny!

Peace of mind

My husky Yuri was blind from cataracts and we had no insurance…
My husky Yuri was blind from cataracts at age 8 months and we had to pay over 7 thousand grand for an eye surgery and now he is on lifetime medications. It was one of the scariest moments of my life. Soon after that we heard about trupanion and signed up for it. The insurance brings a peace of mind that in case something unexpected comes up. Unfortunately at this point the eye issue will never be covered by trupanion or any other company, but Yuri is still young and who knows what else could happen in his life. We love trupanion! We hope to never need them, but, if we do, I know they will be there for us!

Our boy is as good as new.
Without Trupanion our boy Shadow would not be able to use his back legs. The coverage allowed us to get his surgery and not have to go into debt for it. A debt that we couldn't afford. The process was simple and the reimbursements came quickly. The folks on the phone were very helpful and kind. I just wish that the monthly payments didn't go up almost every year.
