I have had Trupanion insurance for the last 20 + years. This company is amazing! I’m sure they have lost money on my animals. They have paid out tens of thousands of dollars over the years. They are responsive and very efficient and let you know every step of the way that your claim is being processed. Payment is usually received in just a couple of days. I wouldn’t be able to afford all my animals’ care if I didn’t have Trupanion. I’m very grateful.

Love knowing my pets are covered, being reimbursed for routine health exams and vaccinations. Knowing they'll have my back in case of any emergency is worth every penny to have insurance on my furbabies.

No action on claim long after 30 days
Do not recommend. It is long past the 30 days past claim and there is no action. Not a denial, just "waiting" for review. It is a waste of money and you will not be helped.
