Your staff specislists have also been helpful. i would like to thank Jules for the great support and time she took when I recently called regarding a claim; additionally a totally unexpected large increase in monthly premium. She did extensive research in finding the answers with staff and found he was misclassified as a large mixed breed. Jules is a great listener, thorough in finding a solution, and very personable. Being the point of first contact she represents your company in a most favorable light.
