Putting in my first claim and setting up a plan for dog was very easy! In the first vet visit I regained enough back to cover several months of insurance coverage. I’m glad I made this decision.

Excellent! Trupanion goes above and beyond. I have had nothing but the most kind and helpful experiences. From getting information to becoming a member to even going through the loss of a furry family member. Along with the wonderful customer service I am very happy with how easy the website works. Call times are fast. CSR's are caring. The sms text service is great. Trupanion is highly recommended.

Trupanion has been terrific for us
Trupanion has been terrific for us. Our dog has been in and out of care facilities for 6 weeks. They were always prompt to reply and provide information on what would / would not be covered so we could make decisions based on what was best, medically, for our dog knowing that the finances would be taken care of. It is surprising how quickly the medical bills can pile up just for testing, diagnostics, etc. to determine what may be wrong with a pet. We were so grateful we had Trupanion to support us. When we told our vet and the pet hospitals that we were insured with Trupanion they all said "Trupanion is great about covering costs". Thank you.
