I'm happy to have the coverage
I'm happy to have the coverage, it has come in handy when I have had to take Jozie to the emrgency because I thought she was having a small seizure. Even with all the tests no one could tell me for sure why she was having these issues. Now her sister Bella is haing the same issue. So we well see what happens. Thank you for your support

Thank Goodness for this pet insurance
I placed insurance on both of my toy Yorkshire Terrier and very glad I did. My Porter somehow cut his left eye cornea and he almost lost his eye at 18 month old. Thanks to an animal eye specialist we were able to save it. Thank goodness for my insurance. They saved me hundreds of dollars. I was sent 80% after $500 deductible and that was god sent. ASPCA was timely in processing my claims and was not difficult to file plus they direct deposited the money into my account. I will continue with my coverage and have recommended this company to several of my friends.

A Company with Heart
Never have I experienced such compassion and understanding from a company as I have from Spot. My cat friend passed away and they called me to ask how I was doing and needed anyone to talk to. Not only that but they also sent me a card with a hand written note in it and I was truly touched. I originally went with this insurance because it was the most affordable I could find but little did I know how amazing and sweet the whole team is. Thank you so much to everyone <3

Healthy Paws ignores ALL forms of customer contact
Do not use this company. I have been paying Healthy Paws for several months before sending (filling out online) a claim. Now that I have questions about a claim and services covered they have refused for several weeks to even acknowledge my attempts to contact them. I have called multiple times. They never pick up the phone. They promise to call you back but never do. They offer no chat recourse on their web site. They refuse to respond to messages left on their site messaging center. They refuse to provide an email address - presumably so customers will have no record of attempted contact. They refuse to respond to postal mail inquiries. In short, once they get your money you no longer exist to them. I now have had to cancel my credit card to prevent future automatic payments as I cannot even contact them to cancel my account. I now will have to update credit card info with numerous (legitimate) businesses. Advice: don't buy pet insurance until after you have received responses to at least phone calls and emails first.

The offering is OK given the cost
The offering is OK given the cost. Looking at the invoices we've received on our dog, the reimbursement is lower than the actual cost, and in the case of the spaying, significantly less. The items we can claim do not seem to cover all the the usual conditions applicable to a pup.
