LOOKING AT WHAT YOU COVER AND WHAT YOU DON'T COVER, I AM WOUNDING IF WHAT IT SIGNED UP FOR WAS WORTH IT. YOU SAY WHAT ;YOU DON'T COVER WHICH IS MANY PAGES, YOU DON'T SAY WHAT YOU DO COVER NOT IN ONE PAGE. I GUESS IT IS GOING TO BE A CRAP SHOOT TO SEE IF MY PET ( WHICH IS A OUR FAMILY MEMBER) IS GOING TO BE COVERED IF I SHOULD NEED YOUR HELP.

Didnt get to actually use it. My dog passed away few days after i signed him up. But they were very nice, called me to comfort my lost. If I get another dog, i will give them another try

Atticus and Lucifer got the best insurance!
I was able to purchase two policies for my cats with ease. Super easy selections on the website. More than enough information provided which is great for an indecisive cat lady like me! It helps immensely that the prices are great too. I have piece of mind knowing my fur babies are protected. I haven't used it yet but that's a good thing, right?!

After reviewing many Pet insurance companies, this one seem to give me everything I was looking for at a reasonable price. Have not had to use their services at this time.

Remains to be seen??
I bought the insurance, however you can not talk to an individual....I talked to one guy after 1 hour on hold and then he could not help me cause he do not know equine information. He put me on hold and no one came back to talk to me! If this is how they are treating customers, not sure how they will handle a claim. I guess, I just hope I never have to file a claim.

Worth Having!
I had a little bit of an issue with processing my claim due to a website glitch, and it posted several times, but other than that slight issue I had a fantastic experience, received my reimbursement very quickly in under a week!
