I had pet coverage prior to coverage with ASPCA. They did not honor my pet bill. Too many loopholes and hidden agendas. With ASPCA, it is straight and open coverage.Thanks

Healthy Paws have been absolutely amazing in their support of the health issues of our beloved furbaby. Not only is their turnaround super fast, they are also quick to respond to questions via email and on the phone. Our baby had major issues that suddenly came on requiring an MRI and other costly diagnostics, and they covered almost everything. The only thing not covered are the office/exam/consultation fees. The half a star off full score is not for excluding normal office visit fees but rather for excluding consultation fees during hospitalization since at this point in time we as puppy parents dont even get asked by the doctors if we are ok to have another specialist look at our furbaby. He is already in hospital, in emergency care, so of course they call in whichever specialist they think is necessary - but for every new specialist that sees him, we have to cover the full fee. Also, it was stressful not to be able to get a hold of anyone from 12/31-1/02. It would be great to have an emergency number for those cases.

Healthy Paws made it very easy for me when it came time to submit my first claim. Their customer service representatives were always available to chat over the phone, and each step of the way was so simple (especially with their great Android app!). When it came time to be reimbursed, all I had to do was snap photos of the invoice, submit them through the Android app, and a few days later I was notified a check was on its way. I highly recommend using Healthy Paws for your pet. Without it, I would be facing approximately $8,000. in surgery bills for my dog. Instead, I'm only going to be paying about $1,000. Well worth it!

I have a puppy and am new with Pet's Best. I filed a claim for her shots and they reimbursed me right away. ( I have the wellness plan) it was a small bill, but so far so good.

The only thing that I would change in all insurance companies. Is the pre excisting condition. I would abolish that clause. Health is a nesesity not a luxury.Other than that embrace is fine.

After an emergency trip into the animal hospital with one of my cats, I found myself frightened about the reality of the possibilities that the expense of three cats which I love so much could leave me broke or possibly have their life end because I couldn't afford their care! I called my granddaughter who is a Vet Tech while I was in the animal hospital waiting to hear what was wrong and she said, "grandma you really should get pet insurance", and then told me about Embrace Pet Insurance, and I signed up my three cats and as a result I was able to get their teeth examined and cleaned and one of them had been suffering with a fractured tooth and needed to be extracted! Had I not had Embrace to back me up, my poor cat would had gone on suffering without my knowing! Embrace helps me to be a greater pet owner and gives me peace of mind to know if need be in the event of what happened to my cat prior to Embrace, I could make the trip with.more confidence! The claims process is very easy. I scan and upload my invoice and documentation, Pets Best does the rest. Several days later I receive an email saying my claim is being processed followed by a second email that says my claim is completed. Reimbursement follows. It doesnt get much easier than that. "
