Happy and relieved

I only had Healthy Paws Pet Insurance for 2 months when my 3 year old dog, Sparty, became critically ill a few days before New Years Eve. My veterinarian ran numerous blood tests and x rays and couldn't figure out what was wrong with Sparty so I was sent to a specialist ER clinic where they immediately hospitalized Sparty and began running more blood tests, x-rays and an ultra sound. After 3 days, an obstruction was ruled out and it was determined Sparty was suffering from gastritis and possible pancreatitis caused by a "gourmet" treat he was given for Christmas. I took a picture of the bills (which seemed enormous to me) and submitted them through the Healthy Paws App. I recieved e mail updates a few days later that they were processing my claims and within a week had had two checks that covered 80% of Sparty's bills once I met the deductible. I can't begin to express how relieved I was when they processed my claims, no questions asked, and reimbursed me. I did my due diligence when looking into Pet Health Insurance and talked to everyone I knew, read reviews and called up the companies. Healthy Paws' customer service gets an A+. I hope I never have to make another claim again but I have peace of mind knowing Healthy Paws is there to help.

Great Pet Insurance

I just filed my first claims with my ASPCA Pet Insurance, and I could not be happier with my experience. Filing online was super easy and with their direct deposit, I had my money back in my account in under a week!! And I know it sounds like a cheesy ad tagline, but its totally true!!!!

More Than I Could Have Asked For

I have bought pet insurance through ASPCA because I never wanted to hear from my vet that he has good and bad news, the good news being that he can save my pet, the bad news being that it will cost more than I can afford to spend. When needed, ASPCA Pet Insurance has been there for our cat, Helen, who is almost blind and between 12-16 years old, adopted from a shelter. Most recently Helen needed two stays at our local shelter, and the bills added up to over $5,000. ASPCA Pet Insurance more than met their obligation to us, and in a prompt and pleasant way. While my wife and I were prepared to do what we could to help our cat, who is doing much better now, it is wonderful that our insurer helped us deal with this crisis. Anyone with a pet, get pet insurance! Anyone getting pet insurance, get ASPCA Pet Insurance!!

Amazing!!

After my deductible met, they paid immediately for 3 expensive, complicated surgeries. They checked on my dog after. This is most efficient, kind and caring organization! If only human insurance was handled like this. I tell every pet owner I can about this incredible organization! My dogs and I thank you Healthy Paws!!!

Using The Fax Option To Submit…

using the fax option to submit claim I was able to send it directly from my vets office. I was delighted to receive notification of pending payment to me within 4 days.

I Still Have No Idea Which Cla…

I still have no idea which claims got paid. No email communication other than one email that said for one of the claims I submitted, records needed to be requested from the Vet, and never heard anything back on that one or any of the others. All I saw was that money was deposited in my checking account so you must have paid something, but I dont know why."
