Excellent service
I have been a customer a long time, without them I do not know if I could have afforded all the care Austin has needed for her cancer (melanoma) treatments and survey. I have been very happy with the service and will continue to have insurance with ASPCA. Have been very easy to work with and well worth the cost.

eye irritation
We purchased our first policy for our new puppy in 2012, then a 2nd policy for a second puppy in 2015. For the first couple of years, I had a few minor claims, but each one was reimbursed within 5 days and no hassles. However, for my past couple of submissions, it has taken 2 weeks or more, and my most recent claim is still not paid and was submitted 8 days ago. I called and was told to expect it to be around 15 business days at least. I would hate to see the turnaround time for a large dollar amount claim. It's supposed to be there so you aren't stressed over the cost of the vet visit. Other than the reimbursement time, it would be OK. Will start to rethink my choices. I read reviews going back to February and March stating 9 new hires and hope to have service back to normal. It is now almost July, so not looking promising. The coverage is great, but timely payment is not.

Ear bite
My dog was bitten on her ear while playing .I took her to the Vet got my bill .
I went on line and submitted not for payment .
Cant get much easier that than .
Payment was approved in less than a week .Check was in the mail shortly after.
Due to great customer service I found that I can have the payment deposited directly to my account.

Fantastic insurance, glad I had it for my dog!
My Bernese Mtn. Dog found an old corn cob in the woods, ate it and got sick. Half of it came up in the morning, the other half went the other direction. Vets didn't find it until day 2, by then she was severely dehydrated and organs began shutting down. More complications after surgery due to infection required several extra days in isolation. I could not have afforded this entire process without Embrace insurance. Thank God it was covered and saved my dog's life.

Amazing
My 14 year old Yorkshire has had a gastrointestinal for the last 6 months. Thanks for Embrace.....claims dept. are awesome, quick on my refund. Laura Bennett is a AAa+++ to make sure if i got my direct deposit. I'm very happy customer!

Wonderful, supportive, dependable insurance
Our dog tore her CCL (like ACL in humans) and was unable to walk or play at all. She is only 2 and we were beside ourselves with the whole ordeal...especially the $4000 price tag to try to fix it. Luckily, we have had Embrace insurance for our girl since she was just a small pup. We had not used it much more than for some wellness claims when we first got her. I figured we would get push back or they would try to deny coverage altogether (it is always a fight with our other dog's insurance company). To our shock, they did exactly what they advertise! They were kind and helpful, they did not push back at all, they covered 80% as our plan states and our dog is doing so much better. I can't thank them enough. We could not have afforded this without Embrace!

Rudys vet visit
Took Rudy to the vet on 6/4/16 because he had been coughing and congested and wasn't eating anything but wet food. He was also sleeping a lot. So on 6/4 when I took him to the vet I found out that he has tracheitis and a upper respiratory infection and the vet put him on orbax.

Smooth service
My Newfoundland and a recent ACL surgery and my veterinarian service downloaded the forms for embrace submitted them to embrace and within a very short period of time I received my reimbursement check for this service. Everything went smooth as expected both for my Newfie and me. Thanx Embrace for exceeding my expectations.

Very pleased!
I purchased Embrace insurance after our oldest dog tore her ACL last summer. Obviously, wish I had purchased it earlier since that was not covered nor was the 2nd ACL that she tore. :-( Needless to say that I've been very pleased with Embrace since it has covered a number of things on all three of our dogs in the last year and will be renewing. There were so many pet insurance companies to chose from but am very happy with Embrace. Normally, the claims are handled very quickly so not sure why this particular claim took longer to process.

I love Embrace
My bulldog lived a happy and healthy life for 4 years. I've had Embrace since the week we adopted him. At four years old he came down with a vicious infection that has ravished his poor little beefy body. Thanks to Embrace I've been able to do what needed to be done to get him healthy again. It's been a long road but Embrace has been there with me every step of the way. Every person I've worked with has been nothing short of wonderful, every claim covered with no questions asked. Getting Embrace insurance was the best decision I've ever made. Worth every penny.
