We've had pets in the past but never had insurance for them. This time we decided to cover our yellow lab. We checked out our options and chose Embrace. What a great decision! We haven't had any major illnesses or accidents, thank goodness. But for the minor illnesses, Embrace processed our claims and issued our refunds quickly. We have peace of mind knowing we have our pet covered by Embrace!

I will never again had a pet without Trupanion insurance. My pup got into some medication at my home and developed severe stomach problems and bleeding. When we added our brindle boxer to our family, we researched different pet insurance providers. After receiving quotes and reading reviews on different providers, we selected Healthy Paws and are extremely glad we did. One week after being spay, we found a lesion on our puppy’s chest. The doctor examined the lesion and recommended immediate removal and a biopsy to ensure it was not a cancerous growth. The surgery was performed on Saturday, 01 August and I filed my claim paperwork on Thursday, 06 August after collecting her medical record from the veterinarian. The claim was completed on Friday, 07 August and I received a check on Monday, 10 August, just 4 days after filing the claim; that is service!!! On Sunday, 16 August I received an email from Health Paws saying: “Hi Michael, We were wondering how Sontina Angelique is recovering from her growth removal surgery? We’re sorry to hear she had to go through that and send wishes for a quick recovery! Please send a quick email letting us know how she’s feeling and give her a great big hug from us tonight! Henry was diagnosed with cancer of the anal gland and is currently being treated. Embrace has been excellent in receiving and processing all of the claims. They have even checked to see if I have received my claim payments! I have spoken with an Embrace representative and they have patiently gone over them with me and also explained how I can access this information online! I am impressed with this company and have given many recommendations to friends as well as strangers at the Vet hospital while waiting during Henry's chemo treatments! I appreciate doing business with companies that "keep their word" and follow through with what they promise when seeking your business. My dog had eaten non food items (probably due to an irritable bowel condition) that were stuck in her stomach. She had to have them surgically removed. I am grateful to Embrace for its coverage which saved her life. During the surgery a small mast cell tumor was found that was also removed. Embrace has aleays covered all the claim amounts as I expected, no surprises, and I have always been reimbursed promptly. I am a satisfied customer.
