I’m getting nationwide insurance was the best idea I’ve had in a long time

Best company. Worth every penny.
I have had other pet insurance companies and Pets Best is by far the best. Easy claim service, pretty quick reimbursement ( used to be a bit faster, but I'm sure they have more claims now than when I started with them). They have denied a couple of things but I checked and other companies would have denied them too. Overall very pleased. Have recommended to other pet parents.

Otitis externa should not be a preexisitng condition.
I was disappointed to find out that you’ve classified Lexi’s otitis externa as a pre-existing condition. While she has had this condition in the past, I feel that this is not a chronic condition with ongoing treatment. And, given the breed, it is known that they are predisposed to ear infections simply due to their anatomy.

Good pet insurance
While we appreciate your prompt attention to our claims, we are concerned with the annual cost. The cost goes up substantially every year, threatening to eventually price us out of your coverage. We will check other pet insurance policies once that happens.

I wish it were easier to claim electronic reimbursements. Using zelle, PayPal or Venmo would be better solutions that whatever the you use now. I’ve been locked out so many times that I just went back to paper checks
