Outstanding

I feel so lucky to have my dog insured through Aspca pet health insurance, anytime my fur baby gets ill I take him to his regular vet and I can file the claim as soon as we are done with the vet visit and they take care of my claim quick. Thank you Aspca on behalf of my family for doing a good job

Good job - thank you!

So glad I opted for Embrace Pet Insurance when we got our new English Springer Spaniel puppy last April. Lily has had some allergy issues which I think have now been resolved - but many vet visits - some quite costly. It is such a relief to know that no matter what happens, we are going to be able to afford the very best care for her. I have submitted several claims, all of which have been processed very quickly and efficiently. Can't say enough positive things about Embrace - on the phone, off the phone - everyone is totally helpful. Will certainly renew Lily's insurance. Thank you!

THE BEST - BY FAR

We have used three different pet insurance companies and BY FAR Healthy Paws is the very best. They outdistance, by a wide margin, the other companies. They are extremely fast to process claims. They are very fair. And when claims are settled is it clear as to how the decision was made. In every case we have submitted there have never been any "gotcha" situations. They reimburse exactly as advertised. And what I find so charming and sweet of them is that after (for example) the most recent event with our dear 8-year old Golden, Healthy Paws followed up with a personal email asking how she was doing! Other than picking our vet clinic, going with Healthy Paws was the best decision we have made for our dogs. I highly, highly recommend them to anyone who wants the very best care for their animals.

Piece of Mind

I had embrace pet insurance for several years. I I did not have the wellness checkups on my instance so I never used it and was wondering if it was worth paying the premiums. Let me tell you when my dog Honey slipped on the iice and tore her acl in her knee. Embrace was rhere and picked up 80 percent of my vet bills. They were quick to pay them and I am going to get insurance for my other dog Odie. I am very satisfied with Embrace.

Healthy paws is amazing

We purchased Healthy paws insurance for our dog when we got him as a puppy. He is a King Charles Cavalier Spaniel. We knew the breed had some rare health issues so just in case, we purchased insurance. We had him about a year when he was diagnosed with SM (syringomyelia). The diagnosis and treatment was extensive and expensive. Not only did the insurance cover the treatment, but they processed the claim quickly and efficiently. But the thing that really sold me after the fact was the phone call. A simple call just to check on him. How was he doing? How were we doing? That care and concern was amazing and I knew we made the right choice with the right company. Four years later, and at a new home, he finds an old peach pit in the yard and shallows it whole. Blocking everything and requiring surgery. Again claims were processed quickly and follow ups (this time via email) inquiring about his health and care. I've never had ANY insurance company check to see how things were going. Just a call or email to check on us. I love this company and highly recommend them.

Great service

My dog became ill and I had to take him in to the vet. Altogether the bills came to over $1,000, but ASPCA pet insurance helped out a lot. The submission process was easy and the refund check came in the mail very quickly. In addition, I am impressed with the live customer service. I was called by ASPCA who wanted to know how my pet was doing and even informed me about aspects of my insurance that I was unaware of. I wish my human medical insurance was as friendly!

Simply the Best!

Hi Healthy Paws Team- I wanted to take the time to share a personal story with you and why I believe strongly in pet insurance offered by Healthy Paws - not just any company - Healthy Paws. After significant research, I decided to choose Healthy Paws to insure Wiggins, the puppy I found abandoned chained to a New York City park bench nearly 5 years ago. When I told family and friends about your service, some of them questioned the need, but I never waned: there is nothing I wouldn't do for him, and I give him the best of everything, from food, to healthcare, to overall love and affection. Unfortunately, Wiggins suffered his first grand mal seizure last month - a terrifying experience to be sure. Knowing I had the best coverage and support of your team behind me meant the world to me as I visited the ER (after hours), followed up with my local vet, and even saw a specialist/neurologist! Everything was covered at 90% without question or claim payment delay. Sadly, Wiggins just had his second seizure two days ago and after a follow up visit to my vet, he is now taking Keppra 3x daily, a rather expensive and burdensome lifelong treatment. I am also able to take him in for an MRI to rule out any structural issues, to be certain of his idiopathic epilepsy diagnosis, and I know that Healthy Paws will be with me 100% of the way. I want you to know how comforting this makes me feel. Having to bear the financial burden over the rest of his life would amplify the tremendous stress I - a single "dad" with a demanding job - now find myself under given Wiggins diagnosis. With Healthy Paws on my side, however, that burden is completely gone. Thank you! You all should feel very proud to work for such an amazing organization as Healthy Paws. Each of you, no matter your job, touches lives like mine (and Wiggins) and I wanted to take a moment to recognize that. Thank you. Matt (and Wiggins) in Hoboken, NJ

Pets Best did a great job

My dog was taken to emergency and a tumor was found on his spleen. He underwent surgery to remove his spleen. Pets Best paid his surgery claim quickly. He did not have chemo, but he had follow up tests, which Pets Best paid without question. Sadly he died after a few months. I would have preferred not submitting any claims, I would have preferred that my dog remain healthy. Pets Best made the whole ordeal financially less painful.

Thank you Pets Best!

Two days before his 13th birthday, my Shetland Sheepdog Ranger ate a plastic water bottle cap after I inadvertently dropped it in front of him. The emergency vets tried unsuccessfully for 12 hours to make him vomit it up. Because the cap was visible in his tummy on an ultra sound, they were able to go in with an endoscope to remove it through his mouth, thus avoiding surgery. Imagine the endoscopist's surprise when, she snagged not only the cap but also a popsicle stick, which had been in Ranger's tummy since summer. Because of Pets Best I finances did not enter into any decisions I had to make during Ranger's ordeal. Thank you Pets Best!
