I purchased pet insurance for my two Papitese litter box sisters after one of them had the worst case of pancreatitis the vets had ever seen. Her vet bill was $11,000.00. About six months later her sister was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic lymphoma. Trupanion is paying 90% of the cost of her chemotherapy treatments, after I paid my deductible of $400.00 and minus the exam fees. Her treatment will be about $5,500.00. Her cancer is not cureable, but we been blessed with priceless time to be with our little sweetheart. I tell everyone I know about Trupanion. God bless the Truoanion people for making our headache bearable.

Trupanion is completely efficient, pays claims faster than anything I've ever dealt with and its members are so kind and caring!

These are the kindest and most compasionate people out there. They care about you and you pet! All i can say is use them and protect your family friend. Insure them!!!

My dog was treated for multiple grandmal seizures. She was eventually diagnosed with a brain tumor. We were referred to an oncologist who recommended that our dog receive cyber knife radiation treatments. The Healthy Paws staff was able to confirm for me that this would be covered, in advance of the treatments. When the treatment were complete, they processed our claims quickly and paid exactly what the policy states that they would pay. The Healthy Paws app is also a great way to manage my pet's insurance. My experience with Healthy Paws is nothing short of perfect!

The coverage is great! I filed 2 claims in the same week and with in days we received our refund checks. We have two Cocker Spaniels insured by Truepanion and it IS very affordable. A great company that really cares about your companions.

Healthy Paws is the best! When we got our Frenchie two months ago, we also got pet insurance because of their notorious health problems. We knew we would need it eventually, but didn't imagine it coming in handy so quickly! Our dog was having a hard time playing or sleeping at night because of breathing issues. Even though the vet told us it would be ok to wait, having Healthy Paws insurance made the decision an easy one! It's been a week since the surgery and our pup is like a brand new dog he has so much energy and can breathe so much better! Healthy Paws reviewed and accepted the claim within a day, and we got the check only a few days later. To top it off, we received a follow up email asking how our dog was recovering- so impressed!

They were very communicative through the claim process and paid out what they said they would and followed up to see how my dog was doing. I'd highly recommend them based on this 1st claim.

I appreciate the swift response I got from the company, the emails that kept me informed of how the claim was proceeding, and that there were no "hidden" charges or fees imposed before my claim was finalized. Trupanion was recommended to me when one of my dogs tore his ACL and his insurance covered exactly $0 of what ended up being a two year recovery and around $10,000. I bought trupanion then and just recently my other dog did the same thing. They have generously covered his treatments and the monthly fee for this insurance is WORTH EVERY PENNY!
