I hate that insurance

I takes them more than 3 months to pay you, if they do! Lost money with them in the process of getting paid. They like to argue.

Great Customer Service

Diagnosed on a Tuesday, in surgery on Thursday, and had 80% of claim paid a week later! Wellness claim took a week longer. Overall great customer service and quick payment. Customer service reps are always courteous and know their stuff! Thanks Embrace.

Amazing Customer Service and Speedy Claim Refunds

I have been a Embrace policy holder for my two dogs for a few years, after leaving another insurer. I have been so impressed with their response time, updates on claims and claim refund speed. My older dog torn her ACL in August and a TPLO was recommended after a thorough assessment, but it came with a high cost. Embrace put me at ease with a pre-procedure claim -- knowing her surgery would be covered was a huge relief, and the customer service representative I emailed with was so prompt and very kind and sympathetic to our situation.

Reimbursed after 2 weeks of submitting my claim!

Very pleased with the level of care and with how quickly I got my reimbursement. I also liked that a rep called me to see how my Pitbull mix was doing after his bet appointment.

Fast and easy transactions!

I was skeptical about pet insurance when I started and for sure the first company I signed up with was a joke. But I have been with PetsBest for about 6 years now and have had every claim paid quickly and effeciently!

Best Purchase Ever

Thor is my first puppy ever and I wasn't sure if I'd need puppy insurance. I figured what would happen? Well I'm sure glad I ended up listening to my friends and getting it because within the first 8 months I've had to use the insurance 4 separate times and I've never had a problem being reimbursed from Embrace. They work quickly and let you know every step of the way where they are at with your claim. Once approved the checks show up a few days later. Simply the best insurance experience I've had!

Pleasant surprise!

This is the first time I have purchased pet insurance so it was new territory for me. My one year old Cane Corso had to have TPLO surgery on her rear leg unfortunately but Trupanion stepped up to the plate and my vet was able to get confirmation of coverage online in about 10 minutes. Operation complete and claim paid directly to the vet. Effortless.

Great Company

All of a sudden our dog was dry heaving and sneezing and thus bleeding from his nose and mouth. Had to rush him to vets. Vet thought three possible things could be the problem. One of the three diagnosis was correct and he is now okay.Vets office faxed my claim and it was handled quickly and received deposit in a very short time. Embrace is great to work with and follows through to make sure received reimbursement.

Amazing customer service.

Submitted my wellness claim on 11/10/15, and the reimbursement check was in my account on 11/16/15. The customer service at Embrace cannot be beat. :)

fantabulus!

Just a quick one as I have written many reviews about this carrying company. Customer services on the phone--wow! so helpful and knowledgeable--hard to find this time of caring--what am I saying can never find it anymore! Our 11 year old Brittany has had a health issue that will progress until -- it will take her from us. Embrace has worked with our Vet--called them and worked with us in helping us make sure she is covered for this illness. If my dog could talk--I know she would say thank you for all Embrace does for her.
