My pet has better health insurance than I do!

We purchased Healthy Paws pet insurance for our 3-month old labradoodle three years ago. Little did we know at that time what a wise decision we had made! At four months old, our puppy began having seizures. After an MRI and spinal tap, she was diagnosed with Idiopathic Seizures. After these tests and a two-day stay in the hospital, you can imagine what the bill was! We submitted our claim to Healthy Paws and within a few days, received an email from Healthy Paws regarding the status of our claim and the process for viewing it online. In addition, a reimbursement check was quickly sent to us by mail. Because of our dog's seizures, she takes eight pills a day. We submit our monthly prescription receipts and within a week, we have our reimbursement checks. Unfortunately, our also dog developed Irritable Bowel Disease, and again, Healthy Paws was there for us. The company has never questioned one of our claims, but instead, sends emails stating that they hope our dog is feeling better! Healthy Paws also has an App that makes it so easy to submit claims. We take a picture of the bill, submit it throught the App on our iPhone,, and within a week, a reimbursment check is in our mailbox. Healthy Paws is an amazing company and truly cares about the health of all animals. The truth is, our dog does have better health insurance coverage than we do! We have friends who have gone with other companies for their pet's health insurance and their coverage doesn't come close to Healthy Pets. We give this company our highest possible recommendation and rating.

Never knew it could be this EASY...THANK YOU!!

My little gurrl, Evelyn Juanita, is a very tiny Miniature Dachshund. She had both of her adult canines impacted & her baby canines were not budging. She was also due to be fixed. Since she was so small (approx. 10# at 10 months) her vet and I only wanted her to undergo anesthesia once.I was pleasantly overwhelmed that Embrace was covering the FULL surgery!! Then I also bought her Heartworm & Flea/Tick meds...with NO hesitation...NO question...BAM COVERED!!! You all ROCK!!! The vet staff was surprised at ALL the items you covered...I did share the list when I gave them the claim form...so they knew how great you all are!!!

Glad I have Embrace

My kitty Bella has had to go through a lots of testing to figure out why her white blood cell count is elevated. This included an ultrasound & a visit to an internist. Needless to say, this has been very expensive, & I am glad that I have Embrace to cover these expenses. The representatives have been very wonderful to work with when I have questions. I would definitely recommend Embrace!

Satisfied Customer

I am very please with ASPCA. They always call to check on my pet. I have received many caring calls from them asking how my pet is feeling with wishes for a speedy recovery. They are always very nice and pleasant. Their service has quick turnaround time also. I never experienced this type of great service from any insurance company of any kind in my life. ASPCA is awesome. I am vey please. I definitely rate them a "10".

Fast payout and great service

Our boxer had 2 tumors, one which was cancerous needed surgery to have them removed. It was a great relief to know that it would be covered by Embrace.

I Was Very Satisfied With The …

I was very satisfied with the process, but when you are going through a hospitalization of a pet its difficult to wait. It is hard to be patient although that is the best thing to do."

So happy and grateful!

I've had Embrace for my dog ever since 2009 and never had to use it, but before I got it for my adopted Cane Corso I researched a lot and finally chose Embrace. Well, unfortunately it came the time that I had to use it, my dog collapsed at home one day and after a fews days at the vet, exams and surgery they told us she had an aggressive type of cancer and only up to 6 months to live. Well, I decided to get an integrative vet to treat her and very happy to say that that was more than 6 months ago, my dog is still in treatment and is doing great. Embrace and its customer service people have been great all long the way. From the emergency first days to the monthly treatment we still are doing. Once I submit a claim, it takes less than 2 weeks for them process and give me an answer. If I have a question or any doubts they are always ready to help me. I never had any issues at all and even got an answer back from an email (from of my claims explaining how happy I was with the vet treatment and how healthy/happy my dog seems to be now) that made me smile, think about all day and share with my husband. The person that wrote me back was sweet, encouraging, she had all of my dogs medical info and knew exactly what we are dealing with and was amazed by the results we are getting with this alternative treatment that is also covered by Embrace. I am very grateful for them, that I am able to provide an excellent treatment for my dog and that Embrace has our back.

Thankful for the coverage.

This was the first time I filed a claim. My cat Leia had diarrhea and throwing up and then stopped eating. This was going on for 5 days so I took her to the vets to find out why. I almost forgot I had insurance on her so I called them while at the vets. I did not think they were going to cover the tests and medications but they did. I thank you and my cat Leia thanks you.
