I've had Embrace for my dog ever since 2009 and never had to use it, but before I got it for my adopted Cane Corso I researched a lot and finally chose Embrace. Well, unfortunately it came the time that I had to use it, my dog collapsed at home one day and after a fews days at the vet, exams and surgery they told us she had an aggressive type of cancer and only up to 6 months to live. Well, I decided to get an integrative vet to treat her and very happy to say that that was more than 6 months ago, my dog is still in treatment and is doing great. Embrace and its customer service people have been great all long the way. From the emergency first days to the monthly treatment we still are doing. Once I submit a claim, it takes less than 2 weeks for them process and give me an answer. If I have a question or any doubts they are always ready to help me. I never had any issues at all and even got an answer back from an email (from of my claims explaining how happy I was with the vet treatment and how healthy/happy my dog seems to be now) that made me smile, think about all day and share with my husband. The person that wrote me back was sweet, encouraging, she had all of my dogs medical info and knew exactly what we are dealing with and was amazed by the results we are getting with this alternative treatment that is also covered by Embrace. I am very grateful for them, that I am able to provide an excellent treatment for my dog and that Embrace has our back.

This was the first time I filed a claim. My cat Leia had diarrhea and throwing up and then stopped eating. This was going on for 5 days so I took her to the vets to find out why. I almost forgot I had insurance on her so I called them while at the vets. I did not think they were going to cover the tests and medications but they did. I thank you and my cat Leia thanks you.

HealthyPaws makes it so easy to submit and process claims. I had my dog insured by another company prior to HealthyPaws and that company was not fun to deal with. They made the process so difficult to submit or file claims that I became discouraged and just stopped doing it. All of the headache and roadblocks they would throw at me to get a claim paid for or even to just file one would be just be a giant pain to go through. I have had TRUPANION for my two maltese dogs for the past 3 years but I'm not happy with it as it is very expensive and they COVER NOTHING!!!!! Every time I claim they say it is not covered or is a pre-exisiting condition and not covered. THey are getting up there in age, so I'm keeping it going only in case they end up with some old-age condition like cancer, etc. They will probably claim that that is not covered either. I will give them 5/10 only because the customer service department is quick to respond.

I have had Healthy Paws Pet Insurance for over a year for my now two year old fur-baby. She is truly the apple of my eye. Unfortunately she was recently treated for anemia due to bone marrow failure because of over vaccinations. Don't be foolish when it comes to your loved fur-babies, anything can happen at anytime and if you're like me you will do anything in your power to save them.
