We could not be happier....this was our second claim we had to file for our Rottweiler, Morgan. Unfortunately, she had bilateral tears and had her first surgery in Nov. & her second in March. Having no prior experience with Pet Insurance we were not sure how everything would work, but ultimately we're hoping never to have to use it. Embrace made everything so easy, when you would call, you get to speak with a person & reimbursement is 2-3 weeks after everything approved. Thank you Embrace for being there for us and Morgan!!!

I think that the overall process has improved since I started with you. I really like the notification on my claims. Because of some of these changes, I just increase my coverage on Boudreaux. Thank you, Terry

have had this ins. thru years of my 3 dogs lives, and thru cancer treatments and vet bills have always had the best response to any of my claims. will be getting 2 new puppies soon and will be adding them to our plan.

Was what I expected.. Very effenant and quickly processed....

I am happy with the claim as I chose 90/10 deductible. I continue to not be happy as our premiums go up do to overall claims. I purchased insurance to cover my dogs when something unforeseen happens such as my Louie had a bladder stone. I do not feel responsible for someone elses claims other than my dogs."

HEALTHYPAWS is AWESOME! I've always thought insurance companies of any kind are a scam because of the numerous stories I've heard. We just moved to the States from Taiwan in 2015 with our two beloved pomeranians. I knew the medical cost for pets are crazily high, especially compared to where I'm from, so I purchased insurance for my dogs as soon as we settled in (got the premium that covers 90%). 1.5 year went by with just one visit to the vet because of diarrhea, then at the end of March 2017, the unthinkable happened! Our 10m baby was in his baby walker and hit one of my dogs and broke her leg. The surgery costed $1950! I received the check of 90% of the medical bill minus $100 deductable within 10 days of the accident! WOW WOW WOW! Thank you Healthypaws!

Shar peis are known for having eye problems, so I enrolled in PetsBest pet insurance a couple weeks after I adopted my shar pei puppy. Unfortunately my claim was denied for when she had eye surgery because they were considering it a pre-existing condition, even though they called it a hereditary condition online (hereditary conditions are covered under their policy). As you can imagine, this was very misleading. I have basically paid to have her insured even though it doesn't even cover her health issues. I do not recommend this pet insurance to anyone and would definitely advise looking into other options or contacting PetsBest to clarify the vague statements on the policy.

I bought my import puppy and after it arrived he was diagnosed with Parvo. He was treated at the hospital for 5 days and the bill was more than $7,000, luckily, I had purchased HealthyPaws insurance for the puppy a few weeks after it was born. Because it was imported and it was a small puppy I only had the import documents to submit, still the insurance company said it was not a problem. In a few days HealthyPaws processed my claim and sent a check to cover 90% of my costs to treat my puppy. The agents were kind and understanding as I had limited paperwork from the European breeder I would highly recommend this insurance company.
