Quick Response to Claim Submission
Upon submission of my claim to Nationwide Pet Insurance, I received an email from them acknowledging receipt of my claim. During the processing of the claim, I knew the stage of processing. After Nationwide's review, I received an advanced statement of payment of allowed costs, the amount I would be receiving, and payment was being processed. I received reimbursement quickly, I like being kept informed as to the stages of processing the claims. I was able to put my attention on my pet's needs knowing that I had made the right decision to take him to the Vet for needed care and treatment to return him to good health.

Thankful for Pet Insurance
We got pet insurance because it was offered through my work. Very thankful we took advantage as a puppy can be very mischievous! Although our dog is now officially a dog, he still has gotten into trouble. Insurance has made things more affordable. And Nationwide makes it easy.

Worth every penny!
I've had Embrace Pet Insurance for a little over three years now and it has been a very worthy investment. I have a very active dog that is prone to leaping and not looking so she ends up with cuts, broken bones, and more recently, in need of a major knee operation. I was able to get information prior to every surgery and physical therapy session to make sure I knew what was covered. The online claims process was incredibly simple and I was always reimbursed in less than three days. With the physical therapy it was usually next day. While initially I purchased the insurance for peace of mind and for "just in case" moments, I now bring my pup in for everything because I know it won't be a financial burden.

QUICK CLAIM PROCESSED
Nationwide was great at processing my dog's claim. He got ill and I needed to rush him to the emergency pet hosiptal in my area, as I could not get through to my vet. Having a sick pet is stressful but then having to pay off a high vet bill adds to it. I submitted my claim as soon as possible and received a check for the full amount quickly. WHAT A RELIEF!!!

Second review process is very dificult
My very first claim had two charges that required 'additional information' - I submitted the details asked for, it has now been over 30 days and I have zero response on the additional payout that is warranted.
