Every chance I get, I recommend Trupanion. I am so happy with this company's integrity and customer service.

I pay the highest premium and yet so many vet services don't count towards the deductible. I'm not impressed.

Trupanion has always been on top of things especially when it came to a serious neck surgery Bailey had to have right after he had an MRI. I was so worried about Bailey I didn't know he was going to have surgery that quick. Trupanion took care of everything I was so glad and it was such a relief I could just concentrate on my Bailey and he healed great! Now he had ear surgery and Trupanion again took care of everything and Bailey is doing better every day. I always tell people Thank God we have Insurance, because sometimes you might have a pet that has surgeries and there expensive and you want the best for you pet because there family I will always have Trupanion Insurance for my pets.

I love having the Peace of Mind of having pet insurance insurance but not only pet insurance a good one and that is only trupanion! I refer you to all my friend's!!

Delayed responses for claims, also, receive the same response. Flood of claims. Question, why not hire more people? It has been three and one/half weeks. Strongly recommend deleting the phrase Reaching Out". Several people that I recommended have switched pet insurance companies because of the nickel/dime scrutiny.

Wellness care should be strongly considered, like regular chiropractor care, etc to keep my back healthy and my dog.☺️

I'm not sure I will continue the insurance because of it's expense. A condition is supposed to be treated but coverage for prescription food for skin allergy is understandably 50% coverage however only twice...not for the lifetime condition. I think it may be more cost effective for me to put the premiums into an account and then draw from that.

Hopefully my claim will be reimbursed by Trupanion
