Even better than I imagined.
I had an unexpected, expensive medical issue with my puppy and thankfully I had Pets Best Insurance to help cover the veterinarian bills. The claims process was very easy to complete. I called once to follow up and the person who I spoke with was extremely friendly and helpful. And most importantly was able to answer my questions right away.
