Because the list of items, such as breed, ect, make no sense.It says my dog has not been spayed and she was spayed at 6 months old! This and other things that make the policy higher, are incorrect and show that you are not using the information has not been updated, how conveinant!

I purchased Trupanion when my dachshund was a puppy and when she aged and had multiple health issues, Trupanion paid my vet directly, within minutes. They have consistently met my expectations paying 90% including medications on almost all claims

My dog went to the veterinarian for an ear infection and to get some flea medicine. I had to resend the exact info three times. Then they told me to stop resending. They’re the ones who asked for it. I’m still waiting for some kind of refund. I pay my bill every month. They make sure they get their money but don’t seem to act on claims. 😡
