Why am I paying $$1700.00 a year for the best coverage for my two dogs and I submit a claim and its denied for not being qualified. I will be submitting a new claim May 25 (Thursday) for Caleigh for her visit on May 22nd. I"m hoping for better results!"

The finance department has made a problem with my claim and it is now being looked in to.
The finance department has made a problem with my claim and it is now being looked in to. This will take about 2 weeks. My fear is that they have changed wording which might result in them telling me my dog hasn't reached the 90% deductible. This is patently wrong.
