Hopeful
It was user friendly but to be honest I’m not 100% sure on what I can claim and what I can’t. Until then (hopefully later than sooner), I guess we’ll see how it works out.

Helpful and sympathetic
The person I talked to was very nice, helpful and sympathetic when hearing that I lost my dog. She also was very efficient in providing me with some direction on how to file the information I needed to file a claim!
