How to Save on Veterinary Costs at Highlands Veterinary Hospital

Preventive care

Routine wellness exams can help identify health issues early, often before they become more serious or expensive to treat. Regular checkups are one of the most effective ways to manage long term veterinary costs.

Compare prescription pricing

Some pet medications prescribed at veterinary clinics may also be available through local or online pharmacies. It can be helpful to compare pricing when appropriate to reduce ongoing medication costs.

Consider pet insurance

Pet insurance may help cover a portion of eligible veterinary expenses depending on the plan, including accidents, illnesses, and in some cases preventive care. Coverage details, reimbursement levels, and deductibles vary by provider.

I met my son's girlfriend friend there. I had my son's pittie and he needed his booster shots. I had heard so many wonderful things about the vets. It was extremely clean. Staff are amazing. The vet we saw was the most kind vet Ive seen. I'm changing my vet. I'm going to bring my old Lab there! I clearly was extremely impressed!😀

They're very nice and helpful when it comes to the health and well-being of your fur babies. When I was told that my boy would need surgery It was explained very well and they answered all my questions and even checked in on how my fur baby was doing after surgery. Highly recommend it for the care of your fur children.

The Doctors and staff at Highlands are truly the best and only clinic I would recommend in SW MT to care for the small animals in your family…children excluded… A higher level of care, communication, education with a lot of love and comfort when you need it most. Today was a big day for a very controlling dog mom…thank you for your client care and support you all showed me…and the extra pets for the brown dog. Thank you Dr. Cindi, Jen, Tricia & Bri… and everyone else that makes each day successful. Nora and Hollywood

I would bring my pets nowhere else in Butte. I have a Puggle with seizure issues and they have been amazing helping with regulating it. They treat your pet as if it were one of their own. I would have given it five stars but it is a little on the pricier side. If you want quality care and service I would go here!
