Great customer service!
So far my claims have been honored on a timely manner and I always get a quick response when emailing or calling which is very unusual these days in customer service!

Would not recommend!
The service is slow. The online website hasn't been working for over two months now. I can't access my account. Calling customer service did not help me get into my account. I will be switching to a insurance company that is more easily accessible and attentive to needs.
