Our sweet Winnie was only 6 months old.
Our sweet Winnie was only 6 months old. We never expected for things to go wrong for her so early. We purchased the insurance based on previous experience with two rescue dogs and their porcupine emergencies. The cost seemed steep at first with a new puppy- but boy what a great deal it was. We're grieving still at her loss but at least a good portion of the vet bills were covered so we don't have to worry about that.
We know for sure, and have told family about it, that we are getting another puppy and will be signing up again for Trupanion. It was worth every penny, and the claims process was so easy.

Trupanion has been very helpful navigating how pet insurance works and I am grateful we have it because having 5 dogs can get expensive when it comes to vet bills.

Customer service is top notched! This is the second time I¡¦ve used Trupanion to help me with my dog¡¦s illness and the promptness in paying and getting back to me via email, text is quick!!
In times of emergency knowing you have Trupanion in your corner to provide what could be life saving procedures for your pet is reassuring that I¡¦m able to provide financially when it comes to my dog¡¦s life.
I never want to be that pet mom that has to put her baby down because of finances!!
