I think a month after a claim has been submitted is way too long to hear from Trupanion That has been the reasons for all my calls.

I have been a customer of Trupanion for about 6 years now. It wasn't until the past year that we really needed it, and I can't thank Trupanion enough for not only the coverage that they provide, but the service quality is excellent. The first time I contact Trupanion about a procedure I was surprised to reach a real person on a Sunday afternoon - and get a pre-approval within a few hours. Our pup has undergone several procedures and diagnostics since, and if it weren't for Trupanion, we would not only be agonizing over the stress and time consumed through the medical process, but also, the financial burden. Trupanion has allowed us to really focus on what the best solution is, without cost weighing on us. I recommend them to everyone I know that has, or is considering getting a pet.
