Best Decision I Ever Made!!

Getting insurance on my cat Rosie was one of the smartest moves I've ever made and getting it from Embrace has been the icing on the cake! Rosie was diagnosed with cancer two months ago and Embrace has been nothing short of wonderful to deal with. Any questions I had were answered quickly and thoroughly. I've been able to give Rosie the best care possible, which gives me comfort knowing that I'm doing all I can for her.

Thank Goodness For Trupanion!

I am very thankful to have Trupanion for my pet insurance. My dog Bailey became very ill and I would not have been able to cover the cost to save her. Having my pet insurance through Trupanion is what saved my Bailey's life and I am very grateful. They processed everything very quickly and anyone I spoke to on the phone was very nice and professional. Thank you Trupanion for helping my Bailey :)

Embrace Should Be Your Pet Insurance

We have had Embrace insurance on our Golden Retriever, Daisy for almost 2 years now. We got the insurance when she was 10 years old after seeing what some of our friends have spent on their "senior" dogs. I did not want to deny her the care she needed for monetary reasons. We have used the insurance several times. Each time the staff at Embrace were knowledgeable, friendly, and really seemed to care about Daisy. The claims were paid in a timely manner. I would recommend Embrace to any pet owner looking for insurance for their pets.

Very thankful for Pet Premium

We have submitted several claims. The latest was when our 3 yo Shih Tzu had to have bladder stone surgery, at a time when I had a lot of medical bills myself. I was so thankful for Pet Premium.

The Pet Insurance that Really Cares

I HAVE BEEN WITH THE COMPANY FOR QUITE SOMETIME NOW AND I HAVE NOT HAD ONE BAD EXPERIENCE WITH ANYONE I HAVE TALKED OR WORKED WITH ON CLAIMS FOR MY PET. THEY ARE SO CARING AND WILLING TO HELP AND MAKE THINGS EASIER FOR THE PET AND OWNER. WHERE EVER I GO AND TALK TO OTHER PEOPLE WHO HAVE PETS I ALWAYS HIGHLY RECOMMEND ASPCA. Frustrating and disappointing

I have had pet insurance since 24PetWatch was PurinaCare. As PurinaCare I never had an issue. Even when they first transitioned it seemed smooth and organized. Since I filed two claims in May 2016, I have experienced nothing but frustration. My plan covers preventative care and I have two cats who are insured. One claim was paid no problem. The other (significantly more expensive) claim was denied stating that my baby was treated for "weight loss" when that was a diagnosis/observation since the last time he'd been seen. Keep in mind, WELLNESS IS NOT A DIAGNOSIS. Any medical provider is required to place a diagnosis on paperwork. FOR INSURANCE PURPOSES. He was still healthy and I did not take him in for weight loss. I took him in for an annual wellness visit. Weight loss was simply an observation.I have called at least 7-8 times trying to get them to correct the issue. I have gotten three different ways of ratifying the situation but nothing has actually been resolved. I called two weeks ago and one girl that I spoke with more than once, assured me that it would be fixed and resolved in a week. I received an email stating my claim was resolved but I have yet to see a check or anything in the mail. I called yesterday and apparently they lost the paperwork that I re-re-submitted stating that my cat was seen for a wellness visit. I am going insane over this. I could go on and on about the MANY issues I have had over this simple claim over the last 5 months. Not only is this claim an issue but they almost doubled my premium for my younger cat! I can understand adjusting the premiums for new customers to "accommodate market value increases" but I have been with the company for YEARS. I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in their [lack of] customer service. With the market the way it is and the amount of time I spent with this one company, I am going to have a hard time finding another insurer for my pet. I have been a loyal customer and to be treated like this makes me so angry! FIX THESE PROBLEMS!!!
