Happy, Healthy Buddy

We adopted a beautiful black and white cat from our localshelter in August. Part of the adoption agreement required a visit with the veterinarian of our choosing. The hospital recommended ASPCA Pet Insurance. I chose the plan that worked best for Buddy, He passed the health exam as a very Healthy Boy! I sent in the required information and received a check within 3 weeks. Totally Happy Nancy Rettig

So Glad To Know We Are Covered

Our 3 year old was diagnosed with severe pancreatitis and was hospitalized for 3 days. We were told that he may not survive. He made a healthy recovery but needed his blood count be checked by our vet frequently. After a very stressful three months, he was released with a clean bill of health. The claim was processed and paid quickly and a very friendly and caring representative followed up to see that all was well.

Fantastic and Caring Service

I have had pet insurance from aspcapetinsurance for my 11 year old dog since he was a puppy. Over the years he has had a few accidents but nothing as stressful as when he was recently rushed to an opthamologist and diagnosed with Glaucoma in his left eye. A procedure was performed to eleviate the pressure in the eye. I submitted the claim and was reimbursed within two weeks. A caring representative from the company called to follow up. From a highly stressful procedure to a less stressful finale.

Horrible Customer Service

My husband and I rescued a dog. We were offered this 30 day free trial with the company. I called and provided my debit information in case I went over the 30days. Today I called yo cancel and spoke to a repressive in billing and was told I couldn't cancel the service. I explained I had set it up, they had my debit card information and I was told told to call in and cancel. He continued to say he couldn't my husband was the policy holder. I asked for a supervisor. She told me the same thing. I told her they had my debit card information not my husbands and it I am cancelling. She finally agreed and provided a confirmation. I have worked in call center environments before and this company has horrible tactics to continue to charge for there service. I would never recommend this company to any of my friends.

No Regrets!!

I adopted my Sam from the Humane Society back in May 2016. One of the best decisions I could've made. During his initial vet screening, we received information on ASPCA pet insurance. I researched it and purchased a plan. Second BEST decision made. Shortly after purchase, Sam was injured and had surgery and an overnight hospital stay. I filed the claim, got assistance with doing it, and reimbursement within a matter of weeks with no hassle. PERFECT!!! I would and have recommended this insurance to anyone.

Embrace saved my dog from going blind!

I keep a very restless American bulldog that gets into trouble often. My dog was 2 years old when I signed up for embrace plan.Reepee, sustained an eye injury which was complicated and i was confused too, However, embrace insurance took over the complicated procure that was done to restore the sight. Reepee, is jumping over everybody as usual, with its two eyes ever working!
