Peace of mind

The biggest sigh of relief was when Shiloh was diagnosed with Polycystic Kidney Disease and his ultra sound, x-rays, and all diagnostics were 100% covered.

Great Help and Great Company

I just sent Pet's Best a claim for on of my cats for $544 and they paid $510. It took less than a week for them to reimburse the visit and deposit the money into my Bank Account. What a great help and customer service. I am so grateful to my Vet Friend who insisted I get pet insurance to help with our numerous pets. The reimbursements each year cover more than the premiums.

Will never be without Embrace again!!!

Our 4 year old Lab has had a terrible 1st three years. She recently had a tumor removed that was tested as extremely cancerous. Not only has my Embrace policy covered the majority of the expense, they are now going to cover about 3 months of Chemo. They are very fast to respond & extremely nice to deal with on the phone.

Absolutely wonderful!

Not only is the staff incredibly kind, patient and helpful, but they always respond quickly, and if there is something you need, they are quick to assist. I think this is absolutely worth the price, as our insurance has covered us from a rough first year that our Puppy Rooney had. I highly recommend!

Extremely happy with ASPCA Pet Insurance

We have had our puppy for only one year, but every claim we have submitted (and there have been several) has been reviewed promptly and partially covered. Representatives are helpful and coverage seems good. Would choose ASPCA Pet Insurance again if we get another pet.

Outstanding Insurance Company!!!!!!!

Embrace is an excellent pet insurance plan that you should strongly consider for your pet!!! Embrace has been there for my beagle throughout all THREE of his surgeries! There has been no hassle and Embrace can be easily contacted. And when you do contact them their customer service is outstanding! They came through in a moment of need!

I can not express how happy I am to have Healthy Paws Pet Insurance for my little girl. When a 3 yr old Dachshund goes from having fun in the sun, to not able to use her rear legs...you get concerned. After vet visits and then Referrals to a Neurologist, they determined our lil Kiara needed surgery and the prognosis was kinda bleak that she may not walk again. As such a young lil girl, we decided she needed that fighting chance to keep going on all fours, so to speak. I was stressing out in the office trying to figure out how to pay for the surgery and then file my claim when I decided to call and talk to a rep. I was told that because Kiara had been a client for many years, that they had her entire medical record on file, and we had filed claims before...they would direct pay the clinic for the surgery. Kiara is now sitting on strict bedrest/craterest healing. She can feel sensations in her rear paws and tail. We know we aren't out of the woods yet, but Healthy Paws helped us to make it so she has the chance to be out bouncing in the sunlight soon enough. Their Rep said it best. "This is what we do, You give Kiara lots of Love, we will do the rest"

Most Caring Insurance For Pets and Owners

The ASPCA Pet Insurance is the most caring insurance carrier around. As an employee who works for a health insurance carrier for humans, I see first hand how most insurance companies are a business. Most insurance carriers issue EOBs and post policies on their website, but the ASPCA Pet Insurance is the only insurance carrier to call and ask how your pet is doing. They refer to your pet by their name and follow-up after their claims have been paid. It shows that they are caring and consider your pet and you as a member of their family. Why go to a business when you can go to family? At the ASPCA Pet Insurance, they are your family. Great company and phenomenal benefits.

Poor customer service response, watch renewals

I have been a customer since 2010 with two policies on my cats. Since that time, I have had to file one claim for around $175. This past month my policy rates increased 22% with no notification of this change. I just received the usual: your policy was automatically renewed. With such a huge increase in rates, wouldn't you think some sort of communication would be included?When I called to discuss this, the customer service rep could find no reason for this increase. He said he would look into it and call me the next day. That was September 29th. Today is October 16th and despite my emails (their phone lines have been down when I tried to call) I STILL have no response for this increase. It's not worth the "peace of mind" having pet insurance when I'm already paying ridiculous monthly amounts for policies I never even use and a company that doesn't value their long-standing customers enough to return a phone call.
