Figo has it all!!!

Figo has it all. The coverage is generous. The price is affordable. The app sets them apart. These are the reasons I like Figo, and tell my friends and family with pets to only consider Figo. I tried other pet insurance in the past, and the experience was not so great. With my new frenchie pup, I was recommened Figo, and it was the best decision ever. A few months ago, my pup Megatron had a respiratory infection that turned pneumonia. The bill was 1000. My deductibel was 200, and i chose 100 percent coverage. I received an 800 check in the mail. SO sweet.

AMAZING

I decided to get insurance for my 1.5 yr old buddy Shiloh after witnessing a few fights at the dog park. As luck would have it, about a month after I got the insurance Shiloh got VERY sick. It was a whole month affair, because it took many specialists and exams to figure out what was wrong. Turns out he had something like a stick fragment lodged in his cheek. After lots of blood tests and medicine and tests, he ended up having surgery, and I ended up with a $4,000 bill for everything they did in 2 days at the hospital. Healthy Paws gave me $3800 back, covering everything but the consultations themselves. They even emailed me a week later to check in on Shiloh! I officially swear by Healthy Paws

Caring company

I have never purchased pet insurance and it took time to convince me that it was worthwhile. My dogs were 10 years old and we have never had any health issues with them. My female had three separate issues within a 6 week period in which she had seizures and was declared clinically dead. Vets thought she had cancer. On last episode, we found the culprit, a poisonous Sonoran Toad. During this 6 week period, the insurance company supported us 200% and made the extra effort to call and see how our dog was doing. It was the veterinary clinic that slowed our claim process as they took their time submitting the appropriate documents. The insurance company kept calling the veterinary clinic daily to get the needed papers to process our claim. The claim ended up being over $4000.00 and at no time was it ever debated. I am so thankful I am covered by this company. What a great experience. I still receive calls months after the incident asking how my dog is doing. You can't afford not to use this pet insurance company.

Fantastic!

We couldn't be more grateful for the support and quick response from the Healthy Paws team. Every single claim or incident is resolved easily and with no issues. My vet has even been impressed based on the headaches she has with other insurance providers!

Peace of mind

Our puppy broke his leg ( at the breeders) and having trial puppy insurance allowed us to get the care he needed!Management was not available the day he needed surgery but it all worked out fine. It took a few weeks to receive reimbursement and there was a maximum of $1000 for the trial period but it sure helped... Overall satisfied customers

The service Trupanion has provided over the years has been exceptional.

The service Trupanion has provided over the years has been exceptional. Trupanion has fulfilled there end of the agreement like no other insurance company I have dealt with. No haggling or nickle and diming to save a buck on the back of the subscriber. We have been able to provide our animals with the best veterinary care available. This would not have been a financial option without the insurance we have through Trupanion. A recent stay in ICU with our coonhound is just another case and point. Hands down recommend Trupanion to anyone who will listen. Keep up the good work!
