Embrace is absolutely amazing!

I purchased insurance for accident/illness and wellness for my two little maltipoos. I cannot believe how easy it is to use. The wellness policy covers all sorts of items like teeth cleaning, flea/tick medication, grooming, routine annual physical, vaccinations, etc. It only take a couple of minutes to file your claim and within 2 weeks you get a check reimbursing you for your expenses. One of my pups was sick vomiting and had blood in her stools so I rushed her to the vet. It was refreshing to know that no matter what test were needed I knew my accident/illness policy would cover the cost. Once again, it only took 2 minutes or so to file my claim and 2 weeks later a check arrived. I wish human health insurance was as easy to use as this policy. I will continue to be a loyal customer and have already recommended Embrace to all of my friends with pets. It's definitely worth the expense and provides peace of mind. Thank you Embrace for setting the bar so high.

Well worth the money

This is the first time I have ever taken out insurance on any of my pets but I thought that with a lab puppy it would make sense since they are notorious for swallowing things, etc. My policy does not include wellness visits but only accidents and illness. My dog started having seizures when he was 11 months old and he was sent to a specialist for evaluation. After an MRI and spinal tap it was decided that he has seizures and he was put on a medication for seizure prevention. We spent around $2,600 on all the testing and Embrace paid us within a few days. I really thought that Embrace may say the MRI and or spinal tap were not necessary but instead they reimbursed us without questions. I highly recommend Embrace

waste of money

They won't cover ANYTHING!!!! I had just about all my claims denied for my rescue, basically because there was not a 12 month history for her. Which they knew from the start since she was a rescue! They also consider a "cough" a pre-existing condition.. Thankfully human healthy insurance isn't this bad or else! It took them months to deny all my claims. claims from March were finally handled in July after 5 or 6 phone calls and 3 emails.

Very positive experience

Both of my dogs recently had orthopedic problems which necessitated many veterinary visits. Embrace Insurance processed the claims fairly quickly and kept me informed as to when I might expect reimbursement. I was completely satisfied with the way the process worked and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Embrace. I will think about getting drug/prescription coverage next time I renew because those costs mounted up quickly and weren't reimbursable on policies that only cover accidents or illness.

First time I've bought pet insurance.

This is the first time I bought pet insurance for my two dogs. I wish I had done it soon. I find Embrace to be an excellent pet insurance company. Their turnaround time for payment is excellent, they keep in constant contact with you through emails as to the status of each claim, and find them extremely easy to deal with. I would highly recommend them.

As Advertised!

No complaints. We had a high-deductible, high-reimbursement plan. Our pet met her limit for the year, and every claim was approved and the reimbursed in short order (within days). No hassles whatsoever, and good value ($240 for a 10-year-old dog at a $1000 deductible and 90% reimbursement after that).
