We have used Embrace for several years now and have been very satisfied with them. They have several policy options to choose from and we chose the accident and illness coverage which we have needed several times including few major surgeries. The claim process has always been easy (I used to email the claim form but now I just ask the vet to fax it) and the communication works well. The premiums seem to go up every year but the older the dog gets the more health issues he has so it is nice to know you will be covered. When one of our dogs passed away Embrace sent us a hand written card which was really nice touch, we appreciated it a lot. During the years we have recommended Embrace to many of our friends and family.

We currently have three Corgis insured. They have had kidney stone removal, neutered, teeth removal, training classes, pulmonary problems, and monthly medications. All of which have been covered. The comfort of knowing our fur babies are covered helps with making easy decisions when it comes to their care. There are a few things that are considered pre-existing and a little frustrating because allergies and back issues are a constant issue to be taken care of. The best advice is to make sure that when you get a puppy you get it insured. We wouldn't be without it.

My 1 1/2 year Old Old English Bulldog had to have surgery and I had no problems with Embrace taking care of my claim quickly. I think they are great and will continue to use them with all my pets.

I've had Healthy Paws for a number of years and they have seen me through two surgeries for my corgi mix. They are reliable and fair, easy to reach, and quick to respond. Their website is easy to access. And, they're nice!

I have a great Dane and I love her dearly but the medical issues are unbelievable. I am so thankful for embrace pet insurance,it's stressful enough when your dog is sick I'm just glad someone's there to help cover the cost. Thank you Embrace.Jeff

This company is great. Very fast response to claims. Sent on Friday and already received payment on following Thursday. Never had such a fast turn around with any other company. Used to have 24 Pet Watch and they are horrible. Pets Best is far and away the best.They offer quite a few different options for coverage which is not available with many other companies. Highly recommend them to any pet parent.

My Luna got sick this past May. They have been so awesome getting my claims in and completed. It so easy to up load and just have them deposit into your bank account. They have called twice to check on her and even sent a card. Wow.... I wish our health insurance was as nice as they are.....

At other companies, I had to pay in full first, and then fill out a mountain of forms, and then wait for a reimbursement check to come in the mail, and that was usually a paltry sum, because there was so much they just didn't cover. With Trupanion, everything was covered 90%!! And because the service is so easy and efficient, I was able to focus on the well-being of my pets--not on the headache of insurance forms. They're compassionate, friendly, helpful, efficient--I'm a BIG fan of Trupanion.

We have had two different dogs insured through this company for about 15 years. We have never had any issues with them and they have covered nearly all the claims submitted over the years, without any questions. From one dachshund accidentally drinking 1/2 of a frozen margarita on New Year's Eve to another dachshund eating strange things; to cancer treatment for one to herniated disk surgery for the other; ASPCA has covered all sorts of incidents. As others have stated, their customer service and personal follow up is superb. We received a phone call and a sympathy card after the loss of one dachshund to cancer and follow up calls of concern when another dachshund had extended bouts with "mystery" gastritis. They've always been prompt to process and reimburse for claims, but I love their newer system, which allows for uploading cell phone photographs of invoices and filling out claim forms online--super easy and my claim was processed that much quicker. This was especially helpful to have that option when we were in a hotel during a recent move. Thanks ASPCA for being there for us all these years!
