Caring people, fast, simple and easy process. Without Trupanion I wouldn't have been able to afford Oscar's care. Getting pre-approval for the estimated cost of the services needed gave me peace of mine while evaluating what was the best treatment for my dog. Healthy Paws high rating is very appropriate - they are a great insurance company
I LOVE healthy paws. Their monthly premiums are competitive with other plans, their claims department pays very quickly and I even got a personal email checking on my dogs recovery from a recent illness. I like the fact that I am responsible to pay for my dogs standard preventive care and the insurance only covers unexpected costs. That makes me responsible for the day to day costs while giving me the peace of mind that if something unexpected occurs, I have the coverage I need. Now I know why Healthy Paws has such a great rating. I recommend using them.

Trupanion Gives Me Peace of Mind
Trupanion has been everything I could have hoped for. All three of my dogs are covered with them. Trupanion has been paying claims on my 9 year old border collie's colitis and my 5 year old sheltie mix's recently diagnosed heart condition. The online claims submission process is easy to use and Trupanion is highly responsive; I usually have notification of the outcome of a claim within two days once the initial claim for the condition has been processed. I've called them multiple times with questions; everyone is helpful, sympathetic, and easy to talk to. I held off on getting pet insurance for a long time; I was very skeptical of the industry. I signed up with Trupanion after reading great reviews and talking with representatives, and I couldn't be happier. I know with Trupanion's help I will be able to give my dogs whatever medical care they need in the future, and that peace of mind is priceless.

My rescue dog Teddi has terrible teeth which result in lots of dental problems, and you have helped make Teddi a healthier dog. I appreciate your prompt reply to the claim and follow-up.

Never regret my monthly premiums
People always say “I can just put the premiums I would have paid in the bank instead” but do they ever? And what happens if you have issues back to back? Vet bills are not inexpensive. I want to know I am making decisions based on what is best for my boy, not what I can afford. Trupanion gives me the peace of mind to know I can make those choices. I have had them for five years now and recommend them every time someone asks.

Every claim I've submitted to trupanion has been processed quickly, and they keep me informed along the way. When I call to talk to them, I'm on the phone with a human almost immediately - no nightmare automated system to navigate. I feel completely confident in the support of trupanion if I have to deal with any medical bills, which makes an already difficult situation much easier to handle.

Trupanion offers the best pet insurance available.
My dog has a number of health issues. She has Addison’s disease which requires frequent treatment and constant medication. She also recently had knee surgery for a torn cruciate ligament. Trupanion has paid our numerous claims at 90% on a very timely basis. We are very grateful to our vet for telling us about this wonderful insurance company.
