Very impressed by Embrace!
Signing up for Embrace has been the best decision we could make when we first brought our puppy home two years ago. From the Wellness puppy shots to a dog park attack to a recent trip to the ER, having embrace fulfill our claims has saved us thousands. They fulfull the claims so quickly and best of all it gets deposited right to our bank account. Would highly recommend to others!

24PetWatch does NOT have your pet's best interest
ZERO STARS! I rescued a dog that was chipped and registered to 24PetWatch. Often times, pets don't stay with their original owners (unfortunately, mostly due to stupid excuses). 24PetWatch holds you hostage into paying for their "lifetime" membership fee $75 so you can update your information in case you move. They will not update your information after 365 day's if you move to another house, state etc. It's all about money with them. My vet's office was on hold for over 30 minutes trying to reach someone to change and confirm new ownership. No one ever answered the call from 24PetWatch. I have doubts they are available "24 hours" like they claim if you can't reach anyone on the phone. My vet's office said they have never heard of such horrible business practices and making it difficult to update the ownership registration for a micro-chipped pet. They clearly do not care if they have the correct ownership records or invested in updating their ownership registration records in case the pet gets lost. Further, many people don't have the extra money to pay their fees. No other company does this. Most companies have the animal's best interest and they make it easy for the pet owner. This place sucks!

New Embracer
I purchased coverage for my 9 yr.old miniature poodle rescue and I decided to go with the additional Wellness Rewards coverage. Fred has a few issues that I knew would be considered "pre-existing", however Embrace reviewed all of his records to make sure that we would receive all of the coverage to which we were entitled. I was kept well informed of all the steps involved and was given very detailed explanations of all decisions. My coverage was activated 5/8, Fred had routine dental work on 5/23, and on 6/13 a check is in the mail!

Peace of mind and great customer service
I've been a customer of Healthy Paws for 3 years and when our border collie needed emergency surgery, they made the process easy from start to finish. We also received our reimbursement very quickly. They even sent an email as a follow up to make sure our pup was doing well after the surgery. It is this great customer service, quality of product and kindness that makes me recommend this company very highly.
