Although I have had a Trupanion policy for several years several weeks ago was the first time that I filed a claim.
Although I have had a Trupanion policy for several years, several weeks ago was the first time that I filed a claim. The customer service representative who answered my call was extremely polite, friendly and professional. She very patiently explained to me exactly how to quickly and efficiently file the claim, and what to expect in the future. Also, I apparently had an issue with my login information and she steered me through that process as well. Wonderful experience!

I am very happy with Healthy Paws! I've had two cats in the past year get very sick with a coronavirus at different times. They are both young and vaccinated, so this was unexpected. Maybe a new strain for cats? I had bills of over a thousand dollars for each cat, and it was extremely helpful that I quickly reimbursed by Healthy Paws. You never know when your pets may get an unexpected sickness. I've had pets for over 30 years and I've been burned by very high vet bills. I am glad I chose Healthy Paws, and I would highly recommend.
