Not impressed

The claims reimbursement process is super slow. Takes months to get a claim reimbursed. Also there is no way of checking how much is left on your deductible, customer service says you just have to add up all of the claims you’ve submitted over the year which is a very difficult way of figuring it out. Not very user-friendly or good customer service. They also will not allow you to change your deductible mid year even if you want to pay more to reduce the amount of your deductible. whatever you choose on day one you’re locked into for the entire year.
