Great Pet Insurance
I signed my baby up for pet insurance as soon as I got him when he was 2 months old. Since he is a purebred I was concerned he might have a chance for more health problems. Every time I have submitted a claim the process was easy and the claim was processed very efficiently. One thing that people may not realize is dental issues are very common especially as a dog ages and I have been able to be reimbursed multiple times for 90% of the expenses incurred.
I have definitely made back my premiums paid over the years.I would highly recommend trupanion especially if you have a purebred or a very small dog-they commonly have dental issues.

Embrace is a lifesaver
I researched insurances before I purchased Embrace and I definitely made the right choice. I figured that after I got insurance for my rescue I'd have NO issues with her, but go figure. Getting Embrace for my girl was the best decision I've made.

This insurance just saved my dogs life, again
My Dane is 5 Year’s old and just required her second major surgery. As with the first time I would not have been able to afford the thousands of dollars it cost if I didn’t have this insurance. The claim process was easy and fast and the friendly people on the phones answered all my questions right away. They processed and paid my claim so fast I was able to put the surgery on my credit card and pay it off before the first bill was due so I didn’t have to pay any interest. There are few things in life that have given me such a good return on my investment. My monthly premium is the best money I’ve ever spent. I wouldn’t have my dog without it.

This insurance saves me every time!!!
I am part of a dog rescue group and I prefer adopting older dogs so that I can give them a good loving home - at least for their last years. This insurance will accept an older dog when I adopt an older one where as my previous Pet Insurance wouldn't take him. They are easy to work with and the claim forms are processed really quickly. I recommend this one to everyone.

Avoid Embrace
Embrace continues to deny valid claims and make claims process a total misery. Prepare to have every valid claim rejected, have to torture your poor vet to send the same records multiple times and to have to call or follow up on most everything. And you’ll be lectured about your policy terms while you pay premium every month. Finally had a claim covered for giardiasis. But they deny coverage for diagnostic test as wellness? Really? Do they think stool testing to diagnose a covered illness is recreational? Just hopeless. Do not buy a policy from this company. It’s an endless nightmare.

Very helpful
Trupanion has been very helpful in the past; maybe a bit slow on getting checks mailed but we understand vet offices probably aren't real quick returning calls also!

Happy with call
I am happy with how my phone call went, and was given advice on how to proceed ongoing. I have two cats that are on some of the same medications. In the past, I was given different advice from what I received most recently. Hopefully there won't be any more confusion with my claims. Thanks so much, and I'm glad my issue was figured out and rectified in a timely manner. :)
