Ginger is my baby! I got her from Operation Kindness when she was just 7 months old. She has been right by my side through my major illness and surgery. When she got acanthomatous ameloblastoma, at age 8, I was devastated. She has had to go through a partial maxillectomy, having two molars and part of her lip removed, and 18 treatments of radiation. With the success of this treatment, she should be able to reach her full life expectancy of a golden retriever. I wouldn't have been able to get treatment for Ginger if I hadn't purchased Pets Best insurance. I am grateful to you every day for the care to make my precious Ginger well!!!

Trupanion has been wonderful and I'm so appreciative and relieved to have the insurance. My lab Bode is relentless. I've had two scary incidents from his chewing. He swallowed a ball at the dog park and had to have surgery to remove it. The emergency vet found two balls! Bode doesn't get to go to the dog park anymore because I'm afraid he'll do it again. But that didn't stop him from stealing a paper plate and swallowing it. He was in so much distress. Trupanion was wonderful both times. They handled everything directly with the emergency vet and were amazingly responsive. It's so difficult when one is scared and upset because their beloved pet has a medical emergency. Trupanion was amazing and I thank them so much for helping Bode and me.

Trupanion is top-notch. It would be nice if humans could have such great health insurance!

They kept wanting in information I couldn't get I didn't know what to do I said just let it go it's not that big of a deal just cancel my claim

I was very satisfied with the response I received from Sam. My problem was more with the vet I dealt with and the invoice I received from them pertaining to my claim which is still not rectified on that end.
