I have been with Petsbest for 6 years
I have been with Petsbest for 6 years. Luckily, this was our first time needing them. I put my trust in them all these years and they did not fail me! They came through just like they said they would. I am so thankful that I have insurance on my dogs. Without it, the choice to save her would have ended differently.

Happy With Spot for my new dog.
Just got Spot for my new dog and went to the Vet for a checkup. Spot paid me on time through my bank account. Very pleased with them.

Custom insurance for your pet needs!
I joined SPOT Pet Insurance for my puppy Prince in December 2021. What a pleasure the experience has been! The process was thorough, educational and painless! My rep walked me through scenarios and custom fitted the plan for our special needs. Thank you SPOT for your kindness and affection!

Was super easy to sign up
Was super easy to sign up. I loved that I could choose an accident only plan for my aging cat and that I did not have to take her for an exam first.

Feeble excuse to deny claim
We heard Trupanion was great, and so we signed our retired bomb sniffing service dog up who we recently adopted. Her retirement is being cut short because she took a very quick turn and needs intervention. However, Trupanion used the fact that she's "thrown up occasionally" in the past to deny our claim. Dogs throw up. We took her in to an ER because she started to refuse food, became lethargic, and developed urinary incontinence. If simply throwing up before developing serious symptoms is a basis to deny a claim on organ failure, good luck to anyone else... The appeals process has relied on a bullet point note from an emergency vet who we've never even met. We're not allowed to explain the context of her past vomiting to the claims department (not that we should have to. She got vaccines, eats trash... AKA is a dog). I would be in less distress if I'd never even signed up for pet insurance in the first place. The customer service reps agree with us, but apparently there's nothing we can do. Heartbroken and disappointed to be dealing with this while we watch our dog suffer.
