The app makes it so easy to submit claims. Also, I cannot keep track of what Trupanion covers so I just submit all vet bills and you let me know what is covered and how. Thank you for helping me take great care of our fur baby, she is such a big part of our family. :)

The claim process is very easy and payment is quick.
The claim process is very easy, and payment is quick. I am particularly grateful to have Trupanion now that my dog is older, and dealing with arthritis (among other things). If I didn't have insurance coverage I would not be able to afford his regular physical therapy treatments, which are definitely improving his quality of life. I encourage all pet owners I meet to get insurance on their pets. Having it really helps with decision making when difficult medical situations arise.

The speed at which this was processed was excellent. There was less "analysis" and explanation about whether this was a continuation of a current problem (adenoma, now getting infected) and if this counts toward the deductible for that single issue or if it was considered a new issue.
