My Joey is receiving the very best care because I have Trupanion coverage.
My experience with Trupanion has been smooth, quick and compassionate. I was able to take Joey to the ER and then the neurologist for an MRI, and tomorrow will be surgery on his cervical vertebrae due to a blown disc. Every step of the way, Trupanion’s customer care department was able to provide pre-approval and set up vet direct pay within minutes, which allowed our family to make the decisions that are best for Joey and allow the veterinarians to provide all the treatment necessary. Looking forward to a full recovery!

Extremely friendly, knowledgeable
I called to cancel my pet insurance as I didn't need it any longer. I never did file a claim so I can't speak to that, but I have to say that every person I spoke with by phone was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and easy to understand, which is big

KALHUA is my most caring and beautiful friend!
We love so much our pets that when something happens to them.. You would do anything for them. The best decision that I have made was to keep Kalhua's insurance. They were there when I needed it!!, to look out for my best friend!! ❤️

Healthy Paws is awesome
I've had Healthy Paws for my Great Pyrenees since Sept 2013. I did a lot of research before I signed up and Healthy Paws had the best ratings. They have been great and have always processed my claims quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend them if you are considering insurance for your pet

Easy, quick, and straight forward Pet insurance company. No hidden fees or surprises on your claim reimbursements.
I've used my ASPCA insurance a few times already for both my cat and dog. Each time I've had to submit my claim everything went smoothly. I love that all I have to do is submit my receipts and report the date of the incident and explain what happened to my pet, and that's it! My reimbursement payments went right into my bank account within a week of submitting my claims. When your pet gets sick the last thing you want do to is worry about is "how much is this going to cost?" Knowing that ASPCA Pet Insurance is there for my pets I know that my pet has a longer healthier chance at life. Thank You ASPCA Pet Insurance!!!!

Can’t praise Trupanion enough
Trupanion is the most efficient, uncomplicated and responsive pet insurance policy we’ve ever owned. Submitting claims is very straightforward ( your vet can do it), Trupanion responds immediately upon receipt and often deems the claim approved within days. You are able to choose a level of deductible that works for you and it is applied per condition rather than annually which in our case works to our benefit. Compensation arrives within a very short time after approval. We wouldn’t be without it.

You are the best and a real life saver
I have 3 dogs and we have you several years. You have literally been a lifesaver for me and my dogs. We were referred by my vet after we spent a large amount dealing with my dog that had cancer. I would do anything for my dogs . I have lost a son in the last five years and also one of my dogs. I am just grateful that I can do whatever it needs to keep them with us as long as possible and in good health
