So happy to have Embrace!
My 3-year-old Papillon came down with an acute case of protein-losing enteropathy, although his symptoms were so complicated it took over a week for the vets to arrive at that diagnosis. During that single week, we visited our normal vet, an emergency vet, and an internist for a total of 6 visits. Each visit required extensive diagnostics procedures and testing to rule out potential diagnoses, and the bills quickly added up to thousands and thousands of dollars. The anxiety over how to pay for those bills was overwhelming since I'm currently the sole income earner in my household. Thank goodness for Embrace! With my plan, I have been reimbursed for 90% of those bills, excluding the deductible. Customer service has been great. Very very grateful that my dogs have been on this insurance since they were 6-months old because emergencies happen!

Trupanion was my safe port in the storm of my Oscar’s cancer diagnosis
Trupanion is a literal lifesaver. Claims were so easy. Believe me you won’t want to be focused on organizing claims during this difficult time. Trupanion takes all of the stress away. They paid all qualified claims quickly. We could not have given our beloved family member every opportunity at a prolonged life without Trupanion. Getting Trupanion pet insurance is a great investment
We have never regretted getting pet insurance for Toby through Trupanion. The monthly fee is way less than his allergy medication would otherwise cost us. The claim process is both quick and easy, with the money being deposited to our bank account within only a few days after filing our claim. Thank you, Trupanion!

Simple process, great customer service!
The preventative insurance Is great coverage for yearly check ups and routine vaccines. The process for getting reimbursed was very simple, we just put in the information and received the reimbursement. The only reason I gave it a 9 instead of 10 was because the review process took a couple weeks which could be an issue for some families, but I think it's pretty standard. They also called me after my claim was processed to see how my pets were doing and to make sure I didn't have any problems or questions. So glad I chose ASPCA!

Not very prompt on claim processing
I have had this insurance for a year and a half and only had two claims that went to deductible. They say they process claims within 10 days but I filed a claim on 11-27 and got another email stating they were reviewing the claim and it would be another 10 days just today. With all the high reviews on this pet insurance, I am not impressed as of yet about the speediness of processing claims. I have Pets Best for my other 2 dogs and they process the claims pretty fast even if I get paid or not.

Can't say enough good things about Trupanion!
This company rocks. My cat Kira needed two teeth extracted and 90% was covered. When my other cat Selena had to have two teeth extracted and an operation for a severe UTI operation. The claims department pro rated what would be covered in under an hour each time. I've never had to deal with them over the phone. My animal hospital handled everything. I gladly praise this company all the time and always give them a 4 star review.
