I haven’t had to use our insurance for Bailey in a long time, so I wasn’t sure what to expect after such a long time. The experience was so easy!!!! Just submitting the invoice makes things painless! I enjoy the easy claims process and quick turn over time. But now if I adopt another pet, I will take out the insurance right away. Not being able to claim my dog’s UTI meds, etc because it is a “pre-existing condition” is ridiculous. That is why I took out the health insurance in the first place. In the end, this insurance company is like all others, out to make money & create rules that make no sense. I’m hoping this doesn’t effect a pet’s health care. I ask that you review your policies & create a compromise. Our pets are family members.
