Friendly folks, who aren't perfect, but try hard.
Stella, an 8 year old English Springer Spaniel, developed a mass at the base of her tail by her anus. Vet excised mass, had it checked, and thank goodness it was not malignant. Also, two years ago, Stella tore her ACL in her right knee, which required surgical repair.
Embrace paid 90% of both of these procedures. Thank you Embrace for providing this insurance product in the market. It is needed.

Embrace's customer service representatives has been exceptional.
My Ragdog cat has come up with chronic cystitis, which requires prescription medicines and going forward fairly frequent checkups to make sure his prescribed medicine is doing the job. Each and every time I have called customer service, everyone I talked with is more than helpful and has assured me my claims are covered. To me, it's a comfort knowing I have this insurance.

Always prompt, willing to listen
Every claim I have submitted has been promptly acknowledged and reviewed. The specialist always answered my questions, and if there was any disagreement, they were willing to listen and consider my side.

Financial and medical relief for a serious problem brought us great peace of mind and a far more comfortable, happy dog!
Our ability to say yes to very expensive testing, for diagnostic purposes, made treating Jessie far less stressful than it would have otherwise been. Her treatment an diet have all been customized to her needs after years of playing the “try this, try that” game, We are very relieved to have been able to sail through this process and focus just on our dog,and not the bills. Highly recommended to all pet owners! .

Embrace Insurance - My dog has better insurance than my employer provides for me!!
Zoey our pug has been covered with Embrace for about 6 years. We are so thankful to have a reasonable deductible and prescription coverage. When she is ill we don't have to worry about being able to afford the care she needs because our Embrace policy makes her vet expenses manageable without putting us in a bind financially. Without Embrace Insurance there was a point where we might have had to have her put down due to costs. We had a policy with another company her first two year, but changed to Embrace because the Embrace policy is much better.

Embrace is there when you need it, helpful and easy
Our 12 year old lab recently needed surgery. For the first time, we really needed our pet insurance to help us cover the expensive surgery. Luckily we had embrace insurance, that covered everything, no questions asked. If they needed additional information, they just contacted our vet and got it worked our. We are really satisfied with embrace insurance.
