Healthy Paws is the best health insurance for pets! I tell anyone who will listen about how amazing and efficient they are not only with our claims but even checking in on our dog to see how he's doing!! I work in health care for humans and Healthy Paws is significantly better than anything out there - even for humans!

I had to submit my claim four different times to embrace for them to finally receive it. My vet sent it through fax and email each time. The stupidest thing? Embrace says they had no history of the exam my cat took to get on the claim. That's right, they said that the exam that they required for me to get my coverage started, that they wouldn't have been able to start my coverage without, they had no record of. I was pretty irritated. On the fourth phone call, I finally got confirmation that they received my claim. This was just for a regular exam with some bloodwork. I can only image how bad it would be if it was a serious claim.

So happy I have this coverage for my dog. It is important to us to know we have this reliable insurance so we can do the very best for our dog. Recommend it to everyone

When my Scamper got cancer due to an old injury, Trupanion could've justified calling it a pre-existing condition, but they didn't. Later, when my Rowdy had liver trouble, I didn't file a claim because the cost was below my deductible. When the problem recurred a year and a half later, Trupanion reached back and included the costs of the original occurrence as well as the one I filed the claim for. When I had questions, they always answered quickly and clearly.

Healthy Paws has been taking care of my German Shepherd for many years now, and Caesar would not be where he is today without them. He had multiple hip issues that required a total hip replacement on both sides and Healthy Paws was always there to step in and help cover his medical expenses. They even covered him when he needed endless amounts of physical therapy and medication while he was recovering. He is living and walking pain free because of the excellent support that Healthy Paws provides. They are the best decision I ever made and all future pets will immediately get covered by Healthy Paws. I highly recommend them to any potential pet parent!!!!

Great company. No hassles with claims, fast payment and a joy to have. Even reversed a decision when vet disagreed. When does that happen other places. So polite on phone and helpful. I have 5 dogs.one is very ill. So glad for them. It's a real load off of us knowing there is help with his care without arguing over every bill. We can just concentrate on our boy. They even helped with his wheelchair and custom leg brace.

We’ve had Embrace for as long as we’ve had our boxer, a little more than eight years. I most highly recommend this insurance company. Like most dogs, during his early years Judah our boxer was healthy, loved to play and enjoyed life. One day, he didn’t want to play and we knew something was wrong. And long story short which included an MRI and brief hospitalization, he has a brain tumor and a small tumor in his heart that we’re inoperable. Although he was given A poor prognosis of a couple of months he has outlived his prognosis still enjoys life, engaging with people, going outside etc. I don’t know where we would be without embrace insurance. Judah takes several medications daily to prevent the seizures and keep the tumors at bay. In other words he is alive today because of this insurance. We have never had any problems and all claims are paid quickly in a timely fashion. Thank you embrace! If you’re considering purchasing Embrace pet insurance: DO IT! Today is Christmas 2017. On this day, more than any material thing I could recieve, I give thanks to Embrace for helping my girl Shadow this whole year. It has been a hard fight this year with Shadow's health problems, but our girl is here by my side thanks to the help of Embrace. Shadow has saved my life.
